HARPIA 1100 T – positive displacement sewage pump with grinder
The IPRO HARPIA 1100 T positive displacement pump is a high-pressure device with a grinder, designed for pumping domestic wastewater. Unlike typical centrifugal pumps, its positive displacement design enables it to achieve high discharge pressure even with a low-power motor, allowing wastewater to be pumped to great heights through narrow pipelines.
Who it is for
-
Property owners with a significant elevation difference to overcome – discharge pressure of up to 110 m allows wastewater to be pumped to great heights through narrow pipelines.
-
Companies installing domestic sewage pumping stations – the disc grinder grinds solid contaminants and fecal matter, making it easier to pump them through a small-diameter pipeline.
-
Households without the possibility of gravity wastewater drainage – the pump is suitable for operation in a tank with liquid-level control via a control plug or float switch.
-
Service technicians and installers – the modular design and availability of spare parts, including the cutting ring and mechanical seal, facilitate maintenance and repairs.
Application
The HARPIA 1100 T positive displacement pump is designed for pumping domestic wastewater. The shaft-integrated disc grinder, known as the cutting ring, grinds solid contaminants and fecal matter at the pump inlet, while the spiral-shaped steel screw rotor, working with a rubber stator, forces the shredded liquid through small-diameter pipelines. Wastewater is pumped until the liquid level in the tank falls to the cutoff level, in conjunction with a control plug or float switch.
The HARPIA 1100 T positive displacement pump performs well wherever wastewater must be pumped to a great height using a low-power motor, for example from a domestic sewage pumping station to a collector located higher than the installation level.
HARPIA 1100 T features – description and technical data
The motor and pump housings are made of gray cast iron, while the base and handle are made of stainless steel, ensuring resistance to corrosion during constant contact with wastewater. The 410 steel screw rotor works with an elastic NBR stator whose curves match the shape of the rotor, enabling high discharge pressure with low power consumption. The hardened 440 steel cutting ring grinds solid contaminants and fecal matter at the pump inlet, allowing them to be safely pumped through a pipeline with a diameter of just DN32.
The motor is insulated in accordance with class F and equipped with automatic thermal overload protection, which switches off the pump in the event of overheating caused by low voltage, contaminants, or other operating disturbances. After approximately 10 minutes, the motor cools down and restarts automatically. The double SiC/SiC mechanical seal protects the motor chamber against liquid ingress, even during prolonged submerged operation.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – HARPIA 1100 T positive displacement pump
What is the HARPIA 1100 T pump designed for?
The IPRO HARPIA 1100 T positive displacement pump is designed for pumping domestic wastewater. The integrated disc grinder grinds solid contaminants and fecal matter, allowing the liquid to be safely pumped through a small-diameter pipeline.
What is the difference between the S version and the T version?
The S version is powered by single-phase 1~230 V voltage and draws 10.5 A, while the T version is powered by three-phase 3~400 V voltage and draws 3.5 A. Both versions have identical hydraulics, a 1.1 kW motor, and the same operating parameters.
How deep can the HARPIA 1100 T pump be submerged?
The maximum immersion depth of the pump is 7 m. The pump can operate continuously provided it is fully submerged in the pumped liquid.
How is the pump protected against motor overheating?
The pump is equipped with automatic thermal overload protection, which switches off the motor in the event of overheating caused by low voltage, contaminants in the pump, or other operating disturbances. The motor cools down within approximately 10 minutes and restarts automatically.
What types of wastewater should the HARPIA 1100 T pump not be used for?
Due to the cast-iron construction of most of the pump's components, it should not be used with highly corrosive media or media containing highly corrosive or abrasive solid particles.
Where can the HARPIA 1100 T positive displacement pump be purchased?
Dambat does not sell directly. The HARPIA 1100 T pump is available from commercial partners, plumbing wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
What warranty terms apply to the HARPIA 1100 T pump?
IPRO – 36 months (3 years) of the manufacturer's warranty. Dambat provides warranty and post-warranty service.
