Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting the recruitment process, fulfilling the Controller’s legal obligations, and establishing, pursuing, or defending against claims. If your application is not submitted in response to a specific job advertisement, the Controller will process your data for the purpose of conducting recruitment for positions matching your professional experience and qualifications.
The legal bases for processing your personal data are:
fulfilment of a legal obligation incumbent on the Controller (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
the necessity to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, as a party to the contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) with regard to data exceeding the scope prescribed by law,
the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), namely the need to ensure legal protection for the Controller.
The Controller may process personal data such as:
identification data, in particular your first name and surname,
contact details provided by you, in particular your telephone number or email address,
data concerning your professional experience and qualifications,
other data voluntarily provided by you as part of the recruitment process (e.g. your image).
Personal data may be obtained directly from you or from other persons (e.g. other employees as part of employee referrals).
Providing personal data is a statutory requirement (with regard to data arising from the Labour Code) or a condition for entering into a contract (when you cooperate with us under a civil-law contract, to the extent necessary to conclude it). In all other respects, providing personal data is voluntary. Failure to provide the data will make it impossible to participate in the recruitment process and enter into a contract.
The Controller stores your personal data for the period necessary to conduct the recruitment process and subsequently until the expiry of the limitation period for potential claims.
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify or erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it to another controller, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in accordance with the applicable laws.
Where the legal basis for processing your personal data is the Controller’s legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
Where the legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
Recipients of personal data may include entities supporting the Controller in organisational matters, including entities providing IT system support and legal advisory services. Personal data may also be disclosed to entities authorised to access the data under mandatory provisions of law.
The Controller generally processes personal data within the European Economic Area (hereinafter: “EEA”). However, data may be processed outside the EEA by the Controller’s business partners. In such cases, the Controller transfers data to countries for which the European Commission has issued an adequacy decision, and where no such decision exists, the Controller applies additional safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses. The Controller does not make automated decisions, including decisions resulting from profiling.
