Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: conducting the recruitment process, fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligations, as well as determining, investigating or defending against claims. If your application is not a response to a specific job advertisement, the Administrator will process your data in order to carry out the recruitment process for positions corresponding to your professional experience and qualifications.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is:
fulfillment of the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
the necessity to take action before concluding the contract at your request as a party to the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) regarding data going beyond the catalog resulting from legal provisions,
legally justified interests of the Administrator (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) in the form of the need to provide legal protection to the Administrator.
The administrator may process your personal data such as:
identification data, in particular name and surname,
contact details provided by you, in particular telephone number or e-mail address,
data regarding your professional experience and qualifications,
other data provided by you as part of the recruitment process (e.g. image).
Personal data may be obtained directly from you or from other people (e.g. other employees as part of employee referrals).
Providing personal data is a statutory requirement (within the scope of data resulting from the Labor Code) or a condition for concluding a contract (when you establish cooperation with us based on a civil law contract to the extent necessary to conclude it). In the remaining scope, providing personal data is voluntary. The consequence of not providing data is the inability to participate in the recruitment process and conclude a contract.
The administrator stores your personal data for the period necessary to carry out the recruitment process and then until the limitation period for potential claims expires.
You have the right to access your personal data, rectify or delete it, limit processing, transfer it to another administrator, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority - in accordance with the provisions of law.
To the extent that the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
To the extent that the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, which will not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
The recipients of personal data may be entities supporting the Administrator in organizational matters, including entities ensuring the operation of IT systems and providing legal consulting services. Personal data may also be transferred to entities authorized to access data on the basis of mandatory provisions of law.
The Administrator generally processes personal data within the European Economic Area (hereinafter: "EEA"", however, the data may be processed outside the EEA by the Administrator's business partners. In such cases, the Administrator transfers them to countries for which the European Commission has issued a decision confirming an adequate level of data protection, and in the absence of a decision by the European Commission, the Administrator applies additional security measures, e.g. standard contractual clauses.
