Shipping and payment methods

1. The delivery of the goods takes place via the Polish Post Operator or the courier company, or in a different way accepted by the parties not connecting with excessive and unjustified costs on the side of the seller and the customer.
2. The ordered goods are delivered in accordance with the customer's selection either directly to the customer's address indicated in the online order form and confirmed by the Customer, as a shipping address or received in person at the personal collection point at the address provided during the order.
3. The goods are always packed in a manner corresponding to its properties so that it does not suffer during transport, loss or destruction.
4. The customer is constantly informed about the delivery costs, they are given when the customer completed the online order form. The amount of shipping costs depends on the country to which the order is sent, the number of ordered goods ordered, and the method of sending a parcel.

For orders in our store you can pay fast and secure online payment transfers24 and traditional transfer to a company account.

As part of the delivery of orders, we send parcels by courier DHL or GLS and pallets and shingles with Rhenus and DHL ..

1. All products regarding products purchased in the store should be submitted via the complaint form. Inquiries related to the course of the order can be submitted by phone or electronically at 22; 721 11 92, address biuro@dambat.pl.
2. The store may demand from the buyer to send photos of advertised products.
3. The complaint will be considered by the store within 30 days from the date of receipt of a complete complaint. The buyer will be notified immediately about any deficiencies in the complaint application, with an indication of how to supplement the deficiencies.
4. When advertising the product, provide the purchase invoice number, serial number of the advertised goods and description of the problem.
5. If you do not recognize the complaint, we will send information with the reasons for which it was refused

The client has the right to withdraw from the contract.

Pursuant to art. 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. Every customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The right to withdraw from the contract is entitled within 14 calendar days from the moment the goods have taken into account by the customer or a third party indicated by him other than the carrier.

The right to withdraw from the contract is not entitled to the Customer in relation to the contracts specified in art. 38 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, among others In a situation:

1. for the provision of services when the entrepreneur fully performed the service with the clear consent of the consumer, who was informed before the start of the provision that after the entrepreneur fulfilled the benefit, he would lose the right to withdraw from the contract;
2. in which the price or remuneration depends on the fluctuations on the financial market that the entrepreneur does not control and which may occur before the deadline to withdraw from the contract;
3. in which the subject of the benefit is an unfabricated item, produced according to the consumer specification or to satisfy his individualized needs;
4. in which the subject of the benefit is a thing that is quickly broken or having a short shelf life;
5. in which the subject of the service is the item delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the packaging cannot be returned due to health protection or for hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
6. in which the subject of the benefit are things that, after delivering, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other things.

To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, please inform the Seller about your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a statement sent to us by post or electronically to the abovementioned correspondence addresses.

To make a statement as to withdrawal from the contract, you can use
from the formula we provided by us constituting Annex 1 to the Regulations of the Online Store. The use of the form formula is not compulsory and in no way affects the very exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract.

To maintain a 14 -day period, it is enough to send a customer statement with withdrawal from the contract before its expiry.

The effects of withdrawal from the contract:

When the customer withdraws from the contract, the contract is considered reliable and the consumer is released from all obligations. What the parties showed each other is refundable in the unchanged state, unless the change was necessary within the boundaries of ordinary management. The refund should take place immediately, no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We refund all of the received payments, including the costs of delivering the item (except for additional costs resulting from the method of delivery of the one chosen other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered in our online store).

The online store may refrain from returning the payment until the goods are received from the customer or until the proof of its return is delivered, depending on which event will take place earlier.

Please send the goods to the address provided above no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us by letter or by e -mail about withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is also preserved if you deduct the item before the end of 14 days.

Please be advised that you will be obliged to bear direct costs related to the return of the goods.
