Shipping and payment methods
DELIVERY
- Delivery of the Goods takes place via the Poczta Polska operator or a courier company, or in another way accepted by the parties that does not involve excessive and unjustified costs on the part of the Seller and the Customer.
- The ordered Goods are delivered in accordance with the Customer's choice, either directly to the Customer's address indicated in the online order form and confirmed by the Customer, as the shipping address, or collected in person at the personal collection point at the address provided during the order execution.
- The goods are always packed in a way that suits their properties so that they are not damaged, lost or destroyed during transport.
- The customer is constantly informed about delivery costs, which are provided when the customer fills out the online order form. The amount of shipping costs depends on the country to which the order is sent, the number of ordered goods, their weight and the method of sending the shipment.
PRICE AND SHIPPING COSTS
You can pay for orders in our store with the fast and secure online payment Przelewy24 and by traditional transfer to your company account.
As part of the delivery of orders, we ship parcels by DHL or GLS courier, and pallets and half-pallets by Rhenus and DHL.
Below we present the shipping methods and costs depending on the weight of the ordered products.

Complaints
- All products related to products purchased in the Store should be submitted via the complaint form. Inquiries related to the progress of the order can be submitted by phone or electronically at 22;721 11 92, address biuro@dambat.pl.
- The Store may require the Buyer to send photos of the advertised products.
- The complaint will be considered by the Store within 30 days from the date of receipt of the complete complaint. The Buyer will be notified immediately about any deficiencies in the complaint, with an indication of how the deficiencies should be remedied.
- When complaining about a product, please provide the purchase invoice number, serial number of the goods being complained about and a description of the problem.
- If the complaint is not accepted, we will send information stating the reasons for the refusal
INSTRUCTION ON WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract.
Pursuant to art. 27 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days. Each Customer who is a Consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. The right to withdraw from the contract is available within 14 calendar days from the moment the Customer or a third party indicated by the Customer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Goods.
The Customer is not entitled to withdraw from the contract in relation to contracts specified in Art. 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights, among others. in the situation:
- for the provision of services when the entrepreneur has fully performed the service with the express consent of the Consumer, who was informed before the provision of services that after the entrepreneur has completed the service, he will lose the right to withdraw from the contract;
- in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no control and which may occur before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract;
- in which the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the Consumer's specifications or serving to meet his individual needs;
- in which the subject of the service is an item that deteriorates quickly or has a short shelf life;
- in which the subject of the service is an item delivered in a sealed package, which cannot be returned after opening the package due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery;
- in which the subject of the service are items which, after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably connected with other items.
To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform the Seller about your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a statement sent to us by post or electronically to the correspondence addresses indicated above.
You can use this form to submit a declaration of withdrawal from the contract
from the template form we provide, constituting Annex 1 to the Regulations of the Online Store. The use of the form template is not obligatory and does not in any way affect the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract.
To meet the 14-day deadline, it is sufficient to send the Customer's declaration of withdrawal from the contract before its expiry.
Effects of withdrawal from the contract:
When the Customer withdraws from the contract, the contract is considered void and the Consumer is then released from any obligations. What the parties have provided to each other is subject to return unchanged, unless the change was necessary within the scope of ordinary management. The refund should be made immediately, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed about your decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract. We will refund all payments received, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from your chosen delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered in our Online Store).
The online store may withhold the refund until it receives the Goods from the Customer or until proof of its return is provided, depending on which event occurs first.
Please return the Goods to the address provided above no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us by letter or electronically about your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is also met if you return the item before the 14-day period expires.
Please be advised that you will be obliged to bear the direct costs associated with returning the Goods.
