The DRENO POMPE brand was established at the initiative of its founder, Liviano Conforto, in 1990. The company was initially based in Tribano (Padua) and manufactured sewage pumps. In the 1990s, the pumps were distributed throughout Europe, South America, and Asia. The brand became more recognizable thanks to its strong presence at numerous international trade fairs. In 1999, the company moved to its current headquarters in Monselice (Padua), which was expanded in 2004. In 2002, a wider range of pumps, up to 45 kW, was designed and manufactured. Even then, the company stood out for its advanced technology and high-quality workmanship. That same year, the company received the ISO EN 9001-2000 certificate. Between 2009 and 2012, the company obtained its first ATEX certificates and began expanding into new markets. In 2014, the company received the prestigious ATEX / IECEx certificate, which was extended to 90% of its product range. New pump types were introduced and the range was significantly expanded. In 2015, the company completed its engineering and digitalization work. Between 2016 and 2017, the company developed its own software for selecting spare parts and pumps, “Dreno Web-Selectors,” confirming the company’s chosen direction. In 2018, the product range was expanded to include pumps with DN200 outlets. In 2020, the company introduced the KAPPA range of construction pumps.
