Dambat offers professional control wardrobes for pump operation in pumping stations, on sewage treatment plants and according to special guidelines of the Employer. All wardrobes we produce have a number of security and amenities necessary to ensure proper operation and protection of the pump state::
- SPP for home pumping stations,
- SPS to municipal sewage pumping stations,
- SPD to rain pumping stations.
Advanced control of Dambat production pumping stations performs a number of control and safety functions that protect pump operation. Perfect for housing communities, schools, offices, large companies or professional municipal applications. It enables automatic work of pumps or switching to manual work. The wardrobe housing allows it to be used outside without fear of rain, snow or dust. The rooster on the housing signals pump failure, overflow or other problems with the pumping station. The modular design allows you to quickly replace damaged components by e.g. overvoltage.
Differences in the performance of SPP and SPS/SPD wardrobes
Wardrobes SPP Due to the simplified construction, they do not have an operator panel and internal doors (so -called masking), and the control buttons are placed directly on the components on the fastening slats. The plinth is optional and additionally paid. Wardrobes SPS and SPD In addition to the operator panel with comfortable buttons/knobs and glowing controls, they can be expanded with additional functions, presented in the table below.

Each of our control wardrobe has a non -flammable polyester housing, equipped with door seals, waterproof cable chokes and at least one locked lock, preventing accidental opening by unauthorized persons.
Inside the wardrobes, you will find their electrical scheme and a detailed description of pump cables connection, level signaling devices and the main power supply.
Level signaling devices and operating modes:
Depending on your needs, different types of levels of levels of levels are used:
- On float switches:
- ZSP-3 - 3 float circuit breakers: Suchobieg - STOP/START - ALARM,
- ZSP-4 - 4 float circuit breakers: Suchobieg - STOP - START - ALARM,
- ZSP-5 - 5 swimmer switches: Suchobieg - STOP - Start 1 - Start 2 - Alarm.
- On conductometric probes:
- ZSP-5S - 5 conductometric probes: Suchobieg - STOP - START - ALARM,
- ZSP-6S - 6 conductometric probes: Suchobieg - Stop - Start 1 - Start 2 - Alarm.
- On a hydrostatic probe:
- ZSP-SH2P - Hydrostatic probe + 2 floats.
An example ZSP signaling kit consists of:
- Floatthat, conductometric probes or hydrostatic probe with swimmers,
- Stainless steel chain,
- Stainless steel hook to be attached in the pumping station,
- Cast iron weight preventing signaling sirens under the influence of liquid spinning in the tank.
