Control cabinets

DAMBAT offers professional control cabinets for controlling the operation of pumps in pumping stations, sewage treatment plants and according to special guidelines of the ordering party. All cabinets we produce have a number of safeguards and amenities necessary to ensure proper operation and protection of your pumps:
- SPP for home pumping stations,
- SPS for municipal sewage pumping stations,
- SPD for storm water pumping stations.
Advanced control of pumping stations manufactured by DAMBAT performs a number of functions to control and protect the operation of pumps. It is perfect for housing communities, schools, offices, large companies and professional municipal applications. Enables automatic operation of pumps or switching to manual operation. The cabinet casing allows it to be used outdoors without fear of rain, snow or dust. A beacon on the housing signals pump failure, overflow or other problems with the pumping station. The modular design allows you to quickly replace damaged components, e.g. due to overvoltage in the network.
Differences in the execution of SPP and SPS/SPD cabinets
Wardrobes SPP Due to their simplified structure, they do not have an operator panel and internal doors (so-called grilles), and the control buttons are placed directly on the components on mounting strips. The plinth is optional and charged extra. Wardrobes SPS i SPD in addition to the operator panel with convenient buttons/knobs and illuminated indicators, they can be expanded with additional functions, presented in the table below.

Each of our control cabinets has a non-flammable polyester casing, equipped with door seals, waterproof cable glands and at least one key lock to prevent accidental opening by unauthorized persons.
Inside the cabinets you will find their electrical diagram and a detailed description of the connection of cables for pumps, level switches and main power supply.
Level switches and operating modes:
Depending on the needs, different types of level change signaling sets are used:
- On float switches:
- ZSP-3 – 3 float switches: Dry Running - Stop/Start - Alarm,
- ZSP-4 – 4 float switches: Dry Run - Stop - Start - Alarm,
- ZSP-5 – 5 float switches: Dry running - Stop - Start 1 - Start 2 - Alarm.
- On conductivity probes:
- ZSP-5S – 5 conductivity probes: Dry running - Stop - Start - Alarm,
- ZSP-6S – 6 conductivity probes: Dry running - Stop - Start 1 - Start 2 - Alarm.
- On the hydrostatic probe:
- ZSP-SH2P - Hydrostatic probe + 2 floats.
An exemplary ZSP signaling set consists of:
- Floats, conductivity probes or hydrostatic probe with floats,
- stainless steel chain,
- Stainless steel hook for attaching to the pumping station tank,
- Cast iron weight to prevent the signals from moving due to the rotation of the liquid in the tank.
