Household pumping stations
Business Dambat It offers household sewage and rainwater with a wide range of use. Domestic sewage, leachate, dirty water, rainwater etc. The target group of customers are individual recipients, small communities and companies. We make home pumping stations in two versions. PDM single and two pump with pumps lowered on the guides and hung on the coupling foot. PDA with free -standing pumps on the bottom with rigidly connected pipelines. At the request of customers, we can make special versions according to individual arrangements.
Which distinguishes home pumping stations Dambat:
- High -density polyethylene tanks with internal diameters Ø800mm and Ø1000mm and heights from h = 2 - 3m.
- Discharge risers DN50/PE63 made of materials resistant to an aggressive sewage environment,
- Each pump has an individual ball check valve for sewage (not mushroom, not flap or other ... but the ball check valve is best for sewage containing faeces and solid bodies),
- On each discharge vertical, we install a shut -off valve (ball with full flow), which allows you to remove the pump to the service or check valve service,
- In the PDM version, in the standard, we give a STORE connector with a 2 ″ fire base and a shut -off valve for an emergency connection of the DN50 fire hose and e.g. rinsing the top -pressure pipeline with high pressure,
- A wide range of pumps we use for various purposes:
- With free flight under a rotor 30-50mm, e.g. Ibo VOX 50, DRENO Compatta, DRENO Alpha V,
- with radial grinding system Kraken 1800 DF, IBO Wes, DRENO Grix,
- with axial shredder DRENO GX and DRENO G2,
- with rotors cutting IBO ZWE, IBO, etc.
- with disk shredder such as Kraken 1800,
- with single -channel rotors WQ Professional
- for dirty water and sewage pasted DRENO BEAT, DRENO AM-AM, DRENO APX, WQ Pro, SWQ PRO,
- or high pressure pumps, e.g. UP60/80,
- Control systems from the simplest through the built -in pump Float Controlling, after advanced control systems of the alternating operation of two pumps and signaling about failures. Systems regardless of 230V single -phase power supply or three 400V phases.
- Our home pumping stations come to the customer complete, assembled, ready to work. Just lower (screw) the pump and connect the power supply.
Differences performed by PDM and PDA sewage pumping stations:
PDM pumping station
A professional solution for home pumping stations are taken from network municipal pumping stations. The pump with a screwed clip is lowered after two stainless pipe guides at the bottom of the pumping station, where it satisfies on the coupling foot under the influence of its own weight. There is no need to enter the tank to lower and mount the pump. Precisely made casts and processed planes of the foot and hooks adhere perfectly to each other, ensuring tightness and correct connection. In our PDM pumping station we only use systems from two guides Thanks to which the pump does not rotate when leaving. The pump always goes perfectly on the coupling foot, even with the fully flooded sewage of the pumping station. Imagine that you took out the pump for cleaning or service and at that time a lot of sewage came and you don't see where you should put the pump? With two guides, this is not a problem, because the pump will settle down properly on the coupling foot anyway.
In the PDM backyard pumping station, the ball check valve always remains in the pumping station, thanks to which the sewage from the discharge pipeline never returns to the tank. We always install the pipeline rinsing table on the discharge vertical. Pipelines with small diameters and small flows can sometimes overgrow with sediment and clogged with sewage: sand, rags, handkerchiefs or other solid bodies. Then it is enough to connect a hose from a sneakers or hydrant to the fire base and unscrew the shut -off valve in the pumping station. High pressure and flow can quickly cut off the pipeline and restore its functionality.
At present, the most popular versions of PDM home pumping stations are: PDM8-22-1, PDM8-25-15-1 and PDM10-25-2, where 8 and 10 mean the internal diameter of the tank Ø800 and Ø1000mm, 22 and 25 mean tanks 2.2 and 2.5m and numbers 1 and 2 mean the number of pumps installed.
PDA pumping station
A version of a home pumping station with a simple and durable construction, enabling quick disassembly of the pump along with a ball check valve. In the PDA pumping station, the shut -off valve is located at the top of the tank to easily cut off the return of sewage from the pipeline. Thanks to the quick coupling, we take out the entire discharge riser with a pump and a return ball valve. There is no need to enter the pumping station to unscrew the pump or clean the reverse ball valve. The stiff pipeline allows the use of high-pressure sewage pumps of up to 40-80m lifting because there is no risk of rising pump on the coupling foot as it can take place in PDM pumping stations. All elements of the discharge pipeline are made of materials resistant to an aggressive sewage environment (PE pipelines, PE knee fittings, stainless steel cutting stainless steel).
Typical dimensions of the PDA pumping stations are: internal diameter Ø800 and height h = 2.2m, h = 2.5m and h = 2.7m, for tanks with an internal diameter Ø1000 we use height h = 2.5m and h = 3m. Other heights to be agreed.
PDA pumping stations, due to their simple structure, are an interesting alternative for clients looking for budget solutions, but meeting the requirements of a modern pumping station for individual use.
Control options for home pumping stations:
Depending on the needs and preferences of customers, we offer pumps with different power, power supply and control versions. Our offer includes several dozen types of pumps powered by 230V from one phase and 400V at three phases. Pump attachment takes place either through a built -in one Float Controlling, or through external controls connected to special controllers. We offer controllers M121/M131 or professional control cabinets SPP With a set of security and large functional capabilities, e.g. three floats: dry-woman, start-stop, alarm. In the event of extreme conditions, acoustic and optical signaling is attached to the user's attention to problems with the pumping station.
Each pumping station of our company has a modular structure and in the event of damage to one of the elements, it is always possible to replace it with a new one.
