Pumping station tank DRENO BOX 100L G1½″ is a compact internal pumping station with a capacity of 100 liters, designed to work with submersible pumps of the brand DRENO. The design is based on a durable polyethylene casing, equipped with a large cover with a gasket, closed with screws, which prevents odors from escaping into the room. The tank is delivered with complete pressure piping with a G1½″ diameter, which enables quick installation of the recommended pumps and ensures failure-free operation of the system.

DRENO BOX 100L is used wherever the main sewage system is located above the level of the room drainage and there is no possibility of gravity drainage. Depending on the selected pump, the tank can serve rooms and premises in basements, workshops, public buildings and sanitary utensils, but it is not recommended to use it for removing sewage from toilets. When using pumps with a Vortex impeller with a free passage of 35 mm (e.g. ALPHA V series), it is possible to handle sewage from bathrooms and kitchens (except toilets), while pumps with two-channel impellers with a free passage of 20×10 mm (BIC series) are dedicated to floor drainage.

The tank is intended for use inside buildings as a free-standing tank, so it does not require anchoring to the ground. It can be installed on the floor or ground, and its compact dimensions facilitate installation in limited spaces, such as basements or technical rooms. The large cover with a seal allows you to walk on it (it is not designed for vehicular traffic), which allows you to integrate the tank with the floor in the garage or utility room.

In the standard set DRENO BOX 100L with piping G1½″ includes: a tank, a set of seals for all cable and pipe passages, a quick connector for the discharge riser and rubber cable glands, which significantly simplifies installation and service. The G1½″ discharge pipe is made of a material resistant to working conditions with water and sewage, and the stainless steel screws used ensure durability and corrosion resistance in a humid environment. The maximum temperature of the pumped liquid is +40°C, according to the documentation DRENO BOX.

To ensure optimal operation of the pumping station, the manufacturer recommends the use of single-phase submersible pumps DRENO equipped with a float switch. To the tank DRENO BOX 100L with G1½″ piping, the following models of single-phase pumps are especially recommended:

• ALPHA V 2 M/G (0.56 kW, 230 V) – submersible pump with float switch, with a Vortex impeller with a free passage of 35 mm, dedicated to domestic and gray sewage.
• ALPHA V 3 M/G (0.75 kW, 230 V) – submersible pump with float switch, with greater power and efficiency, also with a 35 mm Vortex rotor.
• ALPHA V 3 M/G (0.75 kW, 230 V) with float switch vertical – version for use in places with limited working space inside the tank.
• BIC 40-2/056 M/G (0.56 kW, 230 V) – submersible pump with float switch, equipped with a two-channel impeller with a free passage of 20×10 mm, intended for drainage and drainage.
• BIC 40-2/075 M/G (0.75 kW, 230 V) – more powerful drainage pump with a two-channel impeller 20×10 mm, recommended for more intensive use.
