Pogoń on the promotion path – the region’s I Liga leader!
Pogoń Grodzisk Mazowiecki is a club with nearly a century of tradition that has experienced dynamic sporting development in recent years.
In the 2020/2021 season, the team won the championship of its III Liga group, earning promotion to II Liga. After a brief spell at that level, the team rebuilt its form and claimed another III Liga championship in the 2023/2024 season. The culmination of this journey was promotion to I Liga in the 2024/2025 season, which means that Pogoń now plays in the division just below Ekstraklasa and competes against renowned clubs from across Poland.

At the end of February, DAMBAT JASTRZĘBSKI S.K.A. began working with the I Liga football club Pogoń Grodzisk Mazowiecki. This was a unique opportunity to bring together the worlds of business and water pumps with the world of sport. Like GKS Pogoń, Dambat started out as an inconspicuous player in its market and grew into one of the leaders in Poland. It has become an important presence on the European map when it comes to products designed for pumping water.
The most important thing is to support local communities
– Dambat’s activities have never been limited solely to producing and selling further solutions – emphasizes Adam Jastrzębski, the company’s general director. – We always try to help wherever we can as a company: whether by donating pumps to firefighters to make it easier for them to fight natural disasters or, as now, by supporting the development of the Pogoń Academy. The Academy is an initiative that will provide real support for the youngest players. Sponsoring the club is our modest contribution, which will help GKS Pogoń on its way to the top of the table. I believe that the funds we provide will not only genuinely help young players continue their development but also encourage other companies to get involved locally. Because the most important thing is to support the local, home-grown market – by shopping at trusted stores, using the services of local businesses, paying taxes here, and strengthening the development of the entire county. So that life can simply be better for all of us – adds Adam Jastrzębski.
