The mechanical stuffing box in the SiC/SiC/EPDM system provides high resistance to abrasive wear, outperforming typical ceramic/graphite solutions, which translates into longer seal life. The motor has built-in thermal protection in the winding, protecting the pump against overheating during long-term continuous operation.
