IWH3-04 – booster pump
The IPRO IWH3-04 is a single-stage, self-priming centrifugal pump designed for pumping technically clean, cold raw water from private water sources and for increasing pressure in systems that draw and deliver this water, where water demand is higher. As a unit from the Dambat range dedicated to professionals and demanding applications requiring increased reliability, it stands out with a Venturi tube system that provides high suction capability and an AISI 304 stainless steel body, ensuring the construction's resistance to long-term, intensive operation.
Who is it for?
- Contractors carrying out installations with increased water demand – the higher output of the IWH3-04 allows simultaneous water intake at several points in the installation.
- Farms and horticultural businesses – this model handles more extensive irrigation systems than the smaller units in this series.
- Water-system installers – compatibility with a diaphragm tank or booster pump controller facilitates the selection of a complete set.
- Technical wholesalers and sales outlets – a higher-performance variant in the IWH series, expanding the offering with solutions for larger installations.
Applications
The IWH3-04 booster pump is used in raw-water intake and delivery systems with increased water demand, supplied from private water sources—dug or deep wells. The Venturi tube system enables water to be drawn from depths of up to 9 metres, making it suitable for fluctuating water levels throughout the season. The pump does not treat water; when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate water treatment.
In agricultural and horticultural installations, the pump handles more extensive irrigation systems, while in single-family homes it is suitable when water is used simultaneously at several points in the installation. The IWH3-04 230V booster pump works with a diaphragm tank and booster pump controllers, allowing you to build a complete set tailored to a larger installation.
Features
The IWH3-04 is constructed with a body, shaft, and intermediate wall made of AISI 304 stainless steel, providing corrosion resistance when handling technically clean water. The AISI 316 stainless steel impeller provides additional corrosion resistance, including when the water has an elevated chloride content, while the PPO polymer diffuser reduces the unit's weight without compromising its strength.
The motor has built-in thermal protection in the winding, protecting the pump against overheating during extended continuous operation typical of installations with higher water demand. The IP55 protection rating and insulation class F enable safe operation in typical utility rooms and pressure-booster rooms.

Frequently asked questions
How does the Venturi tube system in the IWH3-04 pump work?
The Venturi tube increases the pump's suction capability, enabling water intake from depths of up to 9 meters without the need to prime the suction system before startup. This solution is particularly useful when the water level in a well varies.
Can the IWH3-04 work with a hydrofor controller or diaphragm tank?
Yes, the pump works with both a diaphragm tank and hydrofor controllers, allowing you to configure a complete set tailored to a larger installation.
Which installations are best suited to the IWH3-04?
The IWH3-04 is suitable for raw water intake and pumping systems with increased water demand, including homes with several simultaneous water outlets, farms, and extensive garden irrigation systems.
What is the difference between the IWH3-04 and IWH2-03?
The IWH3-04 offers greater head and capacity than the IWH2-03, making it suitable for higher water demand. The IWH2-03 is a smaller unit, sufficient for basic water intake from a private water source.
What warranty applies to the IPRO IWH3-04 pump?
The IPRO IWH3-04 pump is covered by a 36-month (3-year) manufacturer's warranty, while warranty and post-warranty servicing is provided by Dambat. For maintenance or repairs, it is advisable to contact the service department directly.
