IBO water-air tanks manufactured by Dambat are vertical, galvanized, diaphragm-free vessels made from low-carbon steel coated with a zinc layer. The tank shell and flange are made entirely of galvanized steel, eliminating the risk of accelerated corrosion even in very damp installation conditions.
The absence of an internal diaphragm distinguishes this series from diaphragm tanks – water and air remain in direct contact, enabling aeration of the medium. This is a key feature when used with iron-removal filters and other filter units. The operating parameters of the pump used must correspond to the tank parameters.
The device is supplied with matching, dedicated installation accessories. These include a precision pressure gauge for monitoring the system, a transparent water-level tube indicating the current fill level, a set of 2" plugs (including one with a valve), and elbows and seals necessary for safe installation.
