The AM-AT series is used for pumping clean water or light sewage. High hydraulic performance makes this series particularly suitable for pumping rainwater, surface water, groundwater, swimming pools and watercourses.
The pumps of this series can be used in all potentially explosive atmospheres, in accordance with the ATEX certificate available on request (-EX versions).
Characteristics
The main components are made of GG20 cast iron. Mechanical and lip seals guarantee the correct operation of the product. Version available with double mechanical seal in the oil chamber.
Advantages of AM-AT series dirty water pumps
AM-AT series pumps, unlike the BIC series, have a threaded side outlet. The manufacturer took care of ATEX certificates for the pumps and the necessary equipment, such as a special cable with a gland and an ATEX control panel (available on request). The AM-AT series has only one passage size limited by a 20x10 mm mesh filter. The pumps work successfully with coupling feet EASY E3.1 i EASY E3.2 and pressure pipelines from DN32 upwards.
The open two-blade impellers cope perfectly even with very sandy wastewater contents. The thick walls of the rotor are sufficient for many years of operation in raw sewage of domestic origin.

Controls
AM-AT pumps have various versions that are a combination of single-phase and three-phase power supply and built-in control float switch and external signal. For home use, we recommend simple controllers M121 (230V) or M131 (400V). For more demanding users and two-pump pumping stations, we offer professional power and control switchgears in relay-contactor design SPP i SPS.
Possible uses
By using an appropriate hose connection (elbow with a bare end), we obtain a light, portable pump for drainage and work with liquids with a high solids content (gravel, sand, garbage). AM-AT pumps are used for drainage in mines (especially EX), transfer of process water at treatment plants or in difficult industrial conditions. The pumps have stable legs protruding from the pump body, which provide adequate clearance under the body for water supply.
Like any sewage pump DRENO, AM-AT has a 10-meter power cord as standard.
