We are pleased to announce that we are a Silver Partner of the 4th Water Management and Flood Protection Congress, taking place on September 3–5, 2025, in Krakow.
Organized by Inżynieria Publishing House, this event is one of the most important meetings for professionals involved in water management and flood protection. The Congress provides a space for dialogue between academia, public administration, and engineering practice—it is a forum for exchanging experience, presenting innovative solutions, and jointly seeking answers to the industry's most important challenges.
A meeting of people who make a difference
Speakers and participants will include representatives of key institutions responsible for the legal and financial framework of water management in Poland, academics, engineers, representatives of local governments, construction and design companies, as well as manufacturers of technologies supporting the development of modern water infrastructure.
The Congress program includes expert presentations, panel discussions, as well as a trade exhibition and technical tours. The TYTAN 2025 Awards, presented for achievements in water management and flood protection, will also be presented during the event.
A unique location
The proceedings will take place in a carefully chosen location—the historic Water Treatment Plant in Krakow's Bielany district, situated in the Wolski Forest, one of the most picturesque areas of Krakow.
An integral part of the program will also be a themed walk through Krakow's Podgórze district—“Following Krakow's blue-green infrastructure,” showcasing the transformation of post-industrial Zabłocie into a modern urban space.
Why is this so important today?
The year 2024 clearly demonstrated the importance of responsible water management and effective flood protection. The floods that affected Poland and Europe revealed the urgent need for change and open debate. #GWiOP2025 is a space where these issues are not merely topics of discussion—they are the beginning of action.
