Application
submersible pump ZWQ z float switch is intended for pumping sewage from septic tanks in households and farms and for draining flooded rooms, houses and garages. The pump is also suitable for pumping rainwater and surface water from ponds, lakes and rivers, and for feeding ponds.
The shredder integrated with the impeller grinds solid contaminants contained in the sewage before pumping it. The device operates in a vertical position, with a maximum temperature of the pumped liquid up to 35°C.
Features of the ZWQ z pump float switch
The pump is made with a motor housing and impeller housing made of gray cast iron. The shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, so it does not corrode in constant contact with sewage and maintains precise alignment of the impeller. NSK bearings ensure stable operation under heavy loads typical of professional work.
The built-in float switch automatically controls the pump operation depending on the water level and provides basic protection against dry running. Thermal protection built into the winding protects the motor against overheating.
