Application
submersible pump ZWQ z float switch is intended for pumping sewage from septic tanks
in households and agricultural areas and drainage of flooded rooms and houses
and garages. The pump is also suitable for pumping rain and surface water
from ponds, lakes and rivers and feeding ponds.
The shredder integrated with the rotor crushes solid contaminants
in sewage before it is pumped. The device works in a vertical position, at
maximum temperature of the pumped liquid up to 35°C.
Features of the ZWQ z pump float switch
The pump is made with a motor housing and impeller housing made of gray cast iron. The shaft was completed
made of AISI 304 stainless steel, so it does not corrode in constant contact with sewage
and maintains precise rotor alignment. NSK bearings ensure stable operation
heavy loads typical of professional work.
The built-in float switch automatically controls the pump operation depending on the level
water and constitutes basic protection against dry running. Thermal protection
built into the winding protects the motor against overheating.
