For use with our SPS control cabinets, we recommend the ZSP-4 level signaling set, consisting of:
- Float level switch, the so-called Float – 4 pcs. (10 m cables)
- Ø3 DIN 763 stainless steel A4 chain – 1 pc. (4 m)
- Long Ø4 A4 stainless steel shackle – 2 pcs.
- Ø10 stainless steel A2 hook – 1 pc.
- Cast-iron chain weight – 1 pc.
- Upper Alarm float – signals that the permissible wastewater level in the tank has been exceeded and activates the optical signal on the control cabinet housing.
- Start float – controls the upper operating level in the pumping station, at which the pump is switched on. The retention volume in the tank is adjusted by changing the distance between this float and the Stop float; note that the Start float switches on when it is in the raised position.
- Stop float – controls the lower operating wastewater level in the tank, at which the pumps are switched off. The suspension level should be set according to the pump manufacturer's guidelines. The Stop float activates only in the lowered position.
- Lower Dry-run float – protects the pump against overheating and air ingress.
NOTE! The working length of the floats should be no less than 15 cm due to the stiffness of the cable in wastewater.
