For cooperation with our SPS control cabinets, we recommend the ZSP-4 level signaling set, consisting of:
- Float level switch, the so-called Float – 4 pcs. (10m cables)
- Chain Ø3 DIN 763 stainless steel A4 – 1 pc. (4m)
- Shackles Ø4 long, stainless steel A4 – 2 pcs.
- Stainless steel hook Ø10 stainless steel A2 – 1 pc.
- Cast iron chain weight – 1 pc.
- Upper Float Alarm – signals that the permissible level of sewage in the tank has been exceeded and activates optical signaling on the control cabinet housing.
- Float Start – is responsible for the upper operating level in the pumping station at which the pump is turned on. Retention in the tank is regulated by the distance of this float from the Stop float, but remember that Float The start is activated when you are up.
- Float Stop – is responsible for the lower working level of sewage in the tank at which the pumps are turned off. The suspension level should be set according to the pump manufacturer's guidelines. Float The stop will only work in the lowered position.
- Lower Float Dry running – provides a level of protection for the pump against overheating and air in the pump.
ATTENTION! The working length of the floats should be not less than 15 cm due to the stiffness of the cable in the sewage.
