ZSP-3 – Level signalling set

For use with our SPP control cabinets, we recommend the ZSP-3 level signaling set, consisting of:

1. Float level switch, the so-called  Float  – 3 pcs. (10 m cables)
2. Ø3 DIN 763 stainless steel A4 chain – 1 pc. (4 m)
3. Long Ø4 A4 stainless steel shackle – 2 pcs.
4. Ø10 stainless steel A2 hook – 1 pc.
5. Cast iron chain weight – 1 pc.

• Upper Alarm float – signals that the permissible wastewater level in the tank has been exceeded and activates the visual and audible alarm on the control cabinet housing.
• Middle Start/Stop float – controls the active volume (retention) in the tank. The float length should be selected according to the intended pump switch-on and switch-off levels. Minimum working length of the float: ~15 cm (due to the cable’s bending limitations).
• Lower Dry-run protection float – protects the pump against overheating and air ingress.
