Features, description and technical data

As a manufacturer of the IBO brand, we attach great importance to the durability of materials and the repeatability of operating parameters, which is why we make YBF MAX series inclined settling filters with a magnet from CW617N brass with a nominal pressure of PN16. The design combines a classic mesh filter with a magnetic insert, which enables simultaneous separation of solid particles and magnetite in water and glycol installations.

YBF MAX–20, YBF MAX–25, YBF MAX–32 and YBF MAX–40 filters are designed to operate at a maximum pressure of 16 bar and a maximum liquid temperature of 110°C, with a filtration accuracy of ≥ 400 μm. The built-in magnet with a force of 5000 Gauss, working with a filter mesh, provides effective protection of the installation elements against small magnetic particles.

The series includes four connection sizes: ¾", 1", 1¼" and 1½", which makes it easier to adjust the filter to the pipeline diameter and required flow. Depending on the model, the maximum flow is 50 l/min, 100 l/min, 200 l/min and 250 l/min, which allows you to select the YBF MAX inclined sediment filter with a magnet for both smaller and more hydraulically loaded installations.

The working medium is water or a 50% water/glycol solution, which corresponds to the typical operating conditions of heating and cooling installations in Poland.
