WZI 900 AUTO – inverter pump
WZI 900 AUTO is a compact self-priming pump with a built-in inverter, designed for drawing and pumping clean raw water from private water sources in households and for boosting pressure from the water mains. It maintains constant pressure at all draw-off points, operates quietly, and consumes less energy than a conventional pressure-boosting system. With a 900 W motor, it achieves a head of up to 43 m and a flow rate of up to 75 l/min.
Who is it for
- Owners of single-family homes – constant water pressure throughout the system and quiet operation allowing installation close to living areas.
- Residents of areas with poor water networks – effective boosting of water pressure that is too low from the mains.
- Small commercial premises – energy-efficient pressure maintenance with varying water demand.
- Gardeners and allotment holders – powering irrigation with water from a well or tank.
- Installers – simple configuration with two buttons, without separate automation, clear parameters, and manufacturer support.
Applications
The WZI 900 AUTO pump serves as the heart of a domestic water system: it draws raw water from a private well or boosts water pressure that is too low from the mains, maintaining a steady flow at every water outlet. It is a solution for modernizing a home water system wherever a conventional pressure-boosting system fails to provide stable pressure. The pump does not treat water—if water from a private well is to be used for drinking, it must be properly treated and its quality monitored.
The device can also handle garden irrigation and watering with rainwater drawn from a tank, as well as supplying water to smaller commercial premises. The WZI 900 AUTO 230 V inverter pump is compatible with typical installations found in Polish single-family homes.
WZI 900 AUTO features
WZI 900 AUTO is a pump with a built-in inverter that smoothly regulates the speed of the permanent-magnet motor and maintains the set pressure regardless of the number of open draw-off points. Soft start reduces mechanical loads as well as wear on the motor and hydraulic components, while operation at reduced speed results in quieter operation and lower energy consumption compared with conventional pressure-boosting systems.
Configuration consists of setting the operating pressure with the + and – buttons; the current parameters are shown on the inverter’s LED display. The controller provides a range of protections: dry-run protection (without the need to install probes or sensors in the well), motor overload protection, protection against excessively high and low voltage, and water hammer protection.
The hydraulic section is made from durable materials: the impeller is made of brass, the diffuser of cast iron, and the shaft of AISI 304 stainless steel. The housing is made of plastic, and the mechanical seal uses a ceramic/graphite arrangement. The IP54 protection rating and quiet operation allow installation in utility rooms as well.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – what is the WZI 900 AUTO pump used for?
What is the WZI 900 AUTO pump used for?
The WZI 900 AUTO draws and pumps raw water from its own well and increases pressure that is too low in the water supply network. Thanks to its built-in inverter, it maintains constant pressure at all water outlets, while its capacity of up to 75 l/min meets the needs of a single-family home or a smaller commercial premises.
How does a pump with an inverter differ from a conventional hydrofor system?
Instead of cycling on and off, the pump smoothly adjusts the motor speed to match the current water demand. This results in constant pressure, gentle starts, quieter operation, and lower power consumption than a system with a traditional hydrofor.
Is the WZI 900 AUTO suitable for watering a garden with rainwater from a tank?
Yes, the pump can draw water from a rainwater tank or well and supply an irrigation system. When drawing water from an open source, a check valve must be installed on the suction pipe to prevent the pipeline from draining automatically – you will find the appropriate components in the accessories for surface and hydrofor pumps.
How is the pump started and configured?
Commissioning does not require a specialist visit – the operating pressure is set using the + and – buttons, and the pump then maintains it automatically. The inverter's LED display shows the current operating parameters.
Where can I buy the WZI 900 AUTO pump?
As a manufacturer, Dambat does not sell directly. The WZI 900 AUTO pump is available from our trade partners, plumbing wholesalers, and authorized online distributors.
What warranty covers the WZI 900 AUTO pump?
IBO – 24 months (2 years) manufacturer's warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat.
