IBO WZI 850 (0.85 kW, 230 V) hydrophore pump
IBO WZI 850 is a single-stage, self-suction peripheral pump designed for effective pumping of clean water from your own intakes. The device, supported by a reliable cast iron body and a brass impeller, is characterized by the ability to generate very high pressure. With a relatively low engine power (850 W), the pump reaches a lifting height of 78 meters, which makes it a highly effective device for powering local water distribution networks.
For whom
-
Wholesale and technical stores – expansion of the product range with proven, compact surface pumps generating high working pressure.
-
Irrigation system installers – a reliable device for building efficient sprinkler and drip systems for green areas.
-
Water installation service technicians – ideal support when modernizing pipe systems struggling with pressure deficiency.
-
Contractors of home water intakes – easy to install unit which, thanks to the built-in non-return valve, speeds up the construction of hydrophore installations.
Built-in non-return valve and installation safety
Series pumps WZI They have a factory non-return valve that protects against water column leakage.
Recommendation: Additional external valve
✓
For complete installation safety, we recommend installing an additional non-return valve.
✓
It constitutes an additional barrier against water escaping, which significantly improves safety.
Our offer includes professional check valves that will ensure failure-free operation of the system for years.
Application
The WZI 850 model was designed to effectively supply clean, cold water to houses, recreational plots and home irrigation systems. Thanks to its outstanding efficiency in increasing pressure, the device is perfect as a key element supporting installations in which the natural pressure in the system is insufficient to service consumption points or modern field sprinklers.
Compact dimensions combined with a factory-built check valve give installers great working flexibility. The pump can be started in a traditional manual way, included in an advanced hydrophore set based on an expansion tank, or its operation can be completely automated by connecting PC or SK electronic pressure controllers to the system. The design ensures optimal consistency during continuous operation.
Features
- Excellent ability to create very high pressure in distribution systems.
- A check valve integrated in the pump body facilitates installation and stabilizes the water column.
- Small construction dimensions enable trouble-free installation in tight spaces (e.g. small manholes).
- Fully ready for pairing with expansion tanks and modern hydrophore machines.
- Effective thermal protection precisely built into the motor winding.
