WZI 750 hydrophore 24 – 230 V hydrophore set with a 24 l tank
WZI 750 with a 24 l hydrophore is a hydrophore set for automatic intake and pumping of raw water in households. It combines a single-stage, self-suction peripheral pump WZI 750 with a power of 0.75 kW with a 24 l expansion tank and pressure automation. After unscrewing the draw-off point, the pump starts automatically, and when it is closed, it turns off - the installation operates without manual operation.
For whom
-
Owners of single-family houses with their own water supply – the WZI 750 set with a hydrophore maintains stable water pressure throughout the entire home installation.
-
Owners of summer houses and plots – a compact system with a 24 l tank provides water from your own well without connection to the water supply.
-
Users who value durability – brass pump impeller ensures abrasion resistance and long service life of the hydraulic system.
-
Installers of water supply systems – built-in check valve and factory-selected accessories shorten the time of completing and starting the installation.
Application
The WZI 750 hydrophore set with a 24 l hydrophore by IBO is designed for automatic collection and pumping of technically clean, cold raw water in single-family houses, summer houses, allotments and smaller farms. The suction capacity reaches up to 8 m and the high lifting capacity of up to 60 m is suitable for long installation sections. The set pumps water from wells, tanks and own intakes, and also increases the pressure in the system supplying the installation. The set is not a water treatment device - when using it for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate preparation.
The pressure switch automatically starts and disconnects the pump depending on the pressure in the installation, and the 24-liter diaphragm tank stabilizes the pressure and limits the frequency of engine starts. Dedicated equipment pre-selected for the pump simplifies the process of completing and assembling the installation. The set operates with a power supply of 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz.
Features of WZI 750 hydrofor 24 – description and technical data
The basis of the set is a single-stage, self-suction peripheral pump with a built-in non-return valve, which protects the installation against water return and eliminates the need to install an external non-return valve. The pump body is made of cast iron, the shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the impeller is made of brass - which ensures durability and abrasion resistance. Thermal protection is built into the motor winding.
The pressure gauge is mounted on a five-way discharge outlet, which creates one connection node for the tank, installation and automation - this facilitates the distribution of the installation in many directions. An anti-vibration hose with an elbow limits the transfer of pump vibrations to the tank and piping.
In addition to the classic pump + tank configuration, the WZI 750 pump itself can be connected to PC or SK series hydrophore machines, as well as to the IVR-02 frequency converter. These machines additionally protect the pump against dry running. The offer of machines dedicated to IBO hydrophore sets can be found on our website website.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – WZI 750 hydrophore set 24
What is included in the WZI 750 hydrofor 24 set?
The set includes: WZI 750 pump, 24 l expansion tank, anti-vibration hose with elbow, five-way discharge outlet, pressure gauge and pressure switch. You will find additional equipment and tanks with different capacities here.
What are the benefits of the brass impeller in the WZI 750 pump?
The brass impeller ensures high abrasion resistance and long service life of the hydraulics. Combined with a built-in non-return valve that protects the installation against water return, this creates a durable and maintenance-free system.
What tank capacity should I choose for the set?
The WZI 750 pump can be completed with tanks with a capacity of 24, 50, 80, 100 and 150 l, in horizontal, vertical and stainless versions. A larger tank turns on the pump less often and provides a larger water reserve, a smaller one takes up less space. To select a configuration tailored to your individual needs, please contact Dambat technical department.
Does the kit work automatically?
Yes - the pressure switch starts the pump when the draw-off point is unscrewed and turns it off when it is closed. The expansion tank stabilizes the pressure and limits the frequency of engine starts.
Can the WZI 750 pump be connected to a hydrophore machine?
Yes - in addition to the classic configuration with an expansion tank, the WZI 750 pump can be combined with PC or SK series hydrophore machines, or with an IVR series frequency converter. These machines have additional protection against dry running. It is worth consulting with our specialist to select the appropriate configuration technical department.
Is the WZI 750 hydrofor 24 set covered by the manufacturer's warranty?
IBO – 24 months (2 years) manufacturer's warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat.
Where can you buy the WZI 750 hydrophore 24 hydrophore set?
As a manufacturer, we do not sell directly. The set is available from our trading partners, installation wholesalers and authorized online distributors.
