IBO WZI 250 – single-stage peripheral pump 230 V
The WZI series from IBO are single-stage, self-priming peripheral pumps designed for pumping clean, cold water from own intakes and for increasing pressure in home and recreational installations. The distinguishing feature of the series is the built-in non-return valve and the ability to produce high pressure with compact dimensions.
For whom
-
Owners of single-family houses and recreational plots – the WZI series from IBO ensures stable pressure when the installation is supplied from its own surface intake or shallow well.
-
Owners of gardens and irrigation systems – high ability to generate pressure is suitable for powering sprinklers and drip lines.
-
Installers of water supply systems – a built-in check valve simplifies installation, and the pump works with standard hydrophore tanks and pressure machines (e.g. PC, SK).
-
Users with limited technical space – compact dimensions of the pump facilitate installation in tight technical rooms.
Application
The WZI series by IBO is designed for pumping clean, cold water from own surface intakes and shallow wells and for increasing pressure in home, recreational and garden installations. The suction capacity of up to 8 m allows water to be drawn from typical shallow water intakes.
The device works with hydrophore tanks and pressure and flow machines. WZI series pumps operate in a horizontal position with a power supply of 1~ 230 V / 50 Hz.
Features of the WZI series by IBO - description and technical data
IBO WZI series pumps are single-stage peripheral devices with a built-in check valve, which protects the installation against water return and eliminates the need to install an external check valve. The body is made of cast iron, the shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the impeller is made of brass - which ensures durability and abrasion resistance. Thermal protection built into the motor winding protects the device against overheating.
The series includes three models differing in power and hydraulic parameters: WZI 250 (0.25 kW, up to 35 l/min, lifting up to 35 m), WZI 750 (0.75 kW, up to 50 l/min, lifting up to 60 m) i WZI 850 (0.85 kW, up to 50 l/min, lifting up to 78 m).

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – WZI series hydrophore pump by IBO
What is the IBO WZI series pump used for?
The WZI series is designed for pumping clean, cold water from your own intakes and increasing pressure in home, recreational and garden installations. The suction capacity of up to 8 m allows water to be drawn from shallow intakes and wells.
What is the difference between the WZI peripheral pump and a standard centrifugal pump?
Peripheral pumps are characterized by a higher pressure generating capacity with lower efficiency than centrifugal pumps of the same power. They are useful wherever high pressure with moderate flow is required - e.g. in installations with long pipelines or large level differences.
How to choose the right model from the WZI series?
The selection depends on the required pressure and installation capacity. WZI 250 is suitable for lower demand (up to 35 l/min, lifting up to 35 m), WZI 750 for medium demand (up to 50 l/min, lifting up to 60 m), and WZI 850 where the highest pressure in the series is required (up to 50 l/min, lifting up to 78 m). If in doubt, we encourage you to contact with the Dambat technical department.
Is the WZI pump covered by the manufacturer's warranty?
IBO – 24 months (2 years) manufacturer's warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat.
Where can you buy the WZI series pump from IBO?
As a manufacturer, we do not sell directly. WZI series pumps are available from our trading partners, installation wholesalers and authorized online distributors.
