WQX 750 – submersible pump
The IBO WQX submersible pump is a series of devices with an aluminum construction, designed for pumping technically clean and slightly contaminated water free from abrasive particles. The power range from 250 W (WQX 250) to 1100 W (WQX 1100) makes it possible to select a model according to the pumping height and capacity required for a given installation. The float switch automatically controls pump operation and protects the motor from starting without water.

Applications
The WQX submersible pump series is designed for pumping technically clean and slightly contaminated water free from abrasive particles such as sand. The pumps are used for pumping rainwater and surface water from ponds, lakes, and rivers, as well as for supplying garden ponds. They are also suitable for draining flooded rooms, houses, garages, and commercial premises. The pumps are not water-treatment devices – when using them for other purposes, we recommend ensuring appropriate preparation.
The devices operate in a vertical position, with a maximum pumped-liquid temperature of 35°C. The WQX 230 V submersible pump generates high water pressure, making it suitable for pumping to greater heights than simpler drainage pumps.
Features of the WQX series
WQX series pumps are made of aluminum – both the motor housing and the impeller – which ensures low device weight while maintaining high durability. The shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the mechanical seal operates in a SiC/graphite/NBR configuration.
The float switch automatically controls pump operation according to the water level, while also providing basic protection against dry running. Thermal protection built into the winding protects the motor from overheating.
