The IBO WQV submersible pump with a cutting knife is a high-capacity series of units,

abrasive particles such as sand. The AISI 304 stainless steel motor housing and
the 3000 rpm speed distinguishes this series from grinder pumps.
The built-in float switch automatically controls pump operation, while the overcurrent switch

Applications
The WQV series of submersible grinder pumps is designed for pumping
sewage and dirty water free of abrasive particles such as sand. The pumps
are used for pumping sewage from household septic tanks and draining flooded rooms,
homes and garages, and are also used in domestic sewage pumping stations.
The cutting knife shreds solid contaminants in sewage before pumping it,
reducing the risk of hose or pipeline blockage. The units operate in a vertical position,
at a maximum pumped-liquid temperature of 35°C and a motor speed of
3000 rpm, higher than in typical submersible pumps.
WQV series features
WQV series pumps feature a motor housing made of AISI 304 stainless steel, ensuring that
it does not corrode under constant contact with sewage. The impeller housing is made of cast iron
gray, an impeller made of steel, and a cutting knife and shaft made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The overcurrent switch mounted directly on the power cable cuts off the power supply
if the cutting knife becomes blocked by a hard object, protecting the motor
