By the formation of a water vortex under and around the rotor, a significant part of the solids does not have direct contact with the rotor, which makes the rotor wear slower than in channel rotors. The advantage of radially expanding channels is that the permanent fractions falling through the inlet do not block in the rotor channels, but are thrown out and wander the wall of the body of the pump to the throat.
Control
The V4 sewage pump is only a three -phase model with a capacity of up to 7.5kW, which is why pump control is carried out only by an external signal. We recommend and offer professional power switchgears in the transmission - contactor or microprocessor performance for the operation of V4 pumps.
Installation
The most commonly used method of installation of V4 pumps is the installation on the coupling foot Long or type B in raw sewage pumping stations. Horizontal coupling feet are less commonly used type AND or mobile installations on the stand type P. For leaving the guides into the pumping station, a suspension in the form of a stainless chain or a stainless stainless stand with appropriate strength is used, which are attached to the holes in the handle on the pump mountain, allowing for the correct pump balance when leaving. When installing the coupling foot, remember to keep the flat bottom of the tank under the pump, otherwise there may be a phenomenon cavitation and faster wear of hydraulic components.
