Application
The V series of submersible grinder pumps is designed for pumping sewage and dirty water free of abrasive elements such as sand. The pumps are used to pump sewage from household septic tanks and drain flooded rooms, houses, and garages, as well as in household sewage pumping stations.
The cutting blade shreds solid contaminants contained in the sewage before it is pumped onward, reducing the risk of clogging the hose or pipeline. The devices operate in a vertical position, with a maximum pumped-liquid temperature of up to 35°C.
Features of the V series
V series pumps feature an AISI 304 stainless steel motor housing, preventing corrosion during constant contact with sewage. The impeller housing and impeller are made of gray cast iron, the cutting blade is made of gray cast iron and AISI 304 stainless steel, and the shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
The float switch automatically controls the pump’s operation and provides basic protection against dry running.
