Two-stage hydraulics increases the maximum delivery pressure, thanks to which the pump reaches a lifting height of up to 60 m. The device operates in a vertical position, with a capacity of up to 80 l/min.

Features of the UP 60/80 pump

The UP 60/80 pump is made with a motor housing made of gray cast iron and the impeller housing made of ASTM cast iron. The shaft is made of AISI 420 stainless steel, and the rotor and cutting knife are made of AISI 440 stainless steel - a hard steel used for blades that remains sharp and resistant to abrasion even with constant operation of the shredder.

The multi-channel disc shredder grinds solid contaminants contained in sewage, reducing the risk of pump blockage. Thermal protection built into the winding protects the motor against overheating. The pump does not have a built-in float switch - control is provided by external equipment, selected separately for the installation.
