submersible pump TYRAN by IBO with a screw shredder is a device designed for: for pumping sewage and dirty water that does not contain grinding elements such as sand. The built-in float switch automatically controls the pump operation, and a circuit breaker mounted on the power cable protects the motor in the event of blocking the shredding mechanism.

Application

The TYRAN series of submersible pumps with a grinder is designed for pumping sewage and dirty water that does not contain grinding elements such as sand. The pumps are used to pump sewage from domestic septic tanks and to drain flooded ones rooms, houses, garages and premises.

The pumps are also used for pumping rain and surface water from ponds, lakes and rivers, feeding ponds and in home pumping stations and sewage treatment plants. The devices operate in a vertical position, at maximum temperature of the pumped liquid up to 35°C.

Features of the TYRAN series

TYRAN series pumps are made with a motor housing and impeller housing made of gray cast iron. The rotor is made of gray cast iron, the cutting knife is made of gray cast iron and stainless steel AISI 304 and the shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.

The screw grinding system crushes solid contaminants contained in sewage before pressing them. Circuit breaker mounted directly on the cable power supply cuts off Power supply engine in the event of a blocked mechanism grinder by a hard object, protecting the motor from overload regardless of thermal protection in the winding. Float switch automatically controls the pump operation and provides basic protection against operation dry.
