SWQ PRO 1500 is single-phase submersible pump with a power of 1.5 kW, designed for quick drainage of large volumes of clean and slightly polluted water. The SWQ PRO series is designed to operate in emergency and flood conditions - the PPO Polymer impeller with a multi-channel cross-section allows flow of up to 1,400 l/min with free passage of soft solid particles up to 30 mm.

Application
SWQ PRO 1500 is dedicated to pumping clean and slightly polluted water - rainwater, surface water from ponds and rivers, as well as flood water containing mineral suspensions and fine organic fractions. The multi-channel, closed impeller made of PPO polymer allows particles up to 30 mm in size to pass through, which means that the pump copes with typical mechanical impurities encountered during flooding, without requiring preliminary filtering of the medium.
The built-in float switch automatically stops the motor when the liquid level drops to a minimum, protecting the system against dry running. Thermal protection integrated in the motor winding provides additional protection during long-hour pump-down cycles - it cuts off Power supply in the event of overheating and resumes operation after cooling down. Both protections operate independently, creating two levels of engine protection.

Yes - the built-in float switch automatically shuts off Power supply, when the water level drops below a safe minimum. Thermal protection in the motor winding provides additional protection against overheating. Both mechanisms operate independently, which allows for maintenance-free operation during typical drainage works.
What happens if the pump pulls in a stone or larger debris?
The multi-channel impeller made of PPO polymer has a free passage of up to 30 mm, so small stones or pieces of twigs will usually pass through the hydraulic system without seizing up.
How does SWQ PRO 1500 differ from the standard SWQ 1500 / SWQ H 1500?
SWQ PRO 1500 is a version focused on maximum volumetric efficiency: 1,400 l/min with a lifting distance of 13.5 m, with a particle passage of up to 30 mm and a DN 80 / 3 connection. The standard SWQ H 1500 reaches 38 m of lifting, but only 200 l/min and a passage of 5 mm - it is a high-pressure pump for deep wells and irrigation. SWQ PRO 1500 is dedicated to fast, mass water drainage with low hydraulic resistance.
Is the pump suitable for water with sand and sludge?
The pump can handle water containing soft suspensions and fine sludge - a passage of up to 30 mm is the flood standard. Fine-grained quartz sand has an abrasive effect on the mechanical gland (Ceramics/Graphite/NBR) and the polymer impeller, therefore long-term operation in heavily sandy water will shorten the seal's life. For one-off rescue operations involving sand in the medium, this is acceptable.
How long will the discharge pipe be used by SWQ PRO 1500?
Parameters are given for the zero resistance point (open Connection). The lift is 13.5 m, which, with a DN 80 pipe and a standard resistance coefficient, translates approximately into 50–80 m of horizontal pipeline, depending on the diameter of the hoses and the number of bends. On longer routes, the efficiency drops below 1,400 l/min - it is worth choosing the cable cross-section according to the pump characteristics.
