IBO SWQ HOT 750 submersible pump for hot water 230 V with float switch
SWQ HOT 750 is stainless steel submersible pump with a power of 0.75 kW designed to work with water at temperatures up to 80°C. The reinforced SIC-SIC seal and heat-resistant capacitor allow for long-term operation in conditions that exclude standard SWQ series models - when discharging hot process water, emptying boilers and pumping water from hot springs.
For whom
-
Service companies and central heating installers – lifting height of 18 m and temperature resistance up to 60°C (up to 3 min 80°C) allow for safe emptying of boilers, tanks and heating installations without having to wait for the water to cool down.
-
Industrial and production plants – where technological processes generate hot waste water, SWQ HOT 750 pumps it directly without additional cooling exchangers.
-
Spa facilities, swimming pools and water parks – efficiency of 220 l/min and resistance to elevated temperatures are perfect for emptying and filling thermal pools and jacuzzis.
-
Construction companies doing winter work – pumping heated process water used for thawing the soil and curing concrete at low ambient temperatures.
Application
IBO SWQ HOT 750 is designed for pumping clean and slightly polluted water with a temperature of up to 60°C (up to 3 min 80°C) - hot process water, water from heating installations and natural thermal springs. The AISI 304 stainless steel and PPO polyester impeller and the SIC-SIC seal provide higher abrasion and temperature resistance than the standard Ceramic/Graphite seal used in other SWQ series models.
The cooling jacket dissipates heat through the pumped medium, enabling operation without fully immersing the motor even at high liquid temperatures. Built-in Float it stops the pump automatically when the water level drops, and the heat-resistant capacitor ensures stable operation of the electrical system in conditions of increased ambient temperature. Thermal protection in the winding is an additional, independent line of motor protection.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – submersible pump IBO SWQ HOT 750
How does SWQ HOT 750 differ from regular SWQ 750?
The hydraulic parameters are identical - 0.75 kW, 220 l/min, lifting 18 m. The difference lies in the design: SWQ HOT 750 has a reinforced SIC-SIC seal (instead of the standard SiC/Graphite/NBR), a heat-resistant capacitor and materials adapted to work with water up to 60°C (up to 80°C in the case of operation for no longer than 3 minutes). Standard SWQ 750 is limited to 35°C - trying to pump hot water will quickly destroy the seal and motor winding.
Is SWQ HOT 750 suitable for emptying a central heating boiler?
Yes – this is one of the typical applications of this model. Lifting 18 m allows hot water to be pushed from the boiler room to a drain or tank without waiting for the installation to cool down. Condition: the water must not contain large pieces of scale or other hard impurities - the impeller passage is 5 mm.
Is the SIC-SIC seal better than the standard seal?
In high temperature conditions – yes. Silicon carbide on both sides of the gland (SIC-SIC) is characterized by higher temperature and abrasion resistance than the Ceramic/Graphite pair used in other SWQ models. This translates into a longer seal life when used regularly with hot water. With cold water, the difference is less important - standard sealing is completely sufficient.
Can I use SWQ HOT 750 for plain cold water?
Yes - the pump works correctly in the full temperature range from cold water up to 80°C. However, if you only need a pump for cold water, standard SWQ 750 will be a cheaper and equally effective solution. SWQ HOT 750 is profitable where the medium temperature exceeds 35°C.
Where to buy the IBO SWQ HOT 750 pump?
The pump is available from Dambat trading partners, industry installation wholesalers and authorized online distributors. Dambat does not sell directly.
