SWQ H 2200 is stainless steel submersible pump with a power of 2.2 kW with a lifting height of 66 m - the highest pressure parameter in the SWQ H series. The model is dedicated to powering water installations requiring a high pressure column: agricultural irrigation, home hydrophore systems and long delivery routes, where lower models of the series lose pressure before reaching the receiver.

Application
SWQ H 2200 is designed for pumping clean and slightly polluted water - from ring wells, retention reservoirs, lakes and rivers - wherever the medium must overcome a significant difference in height or a very long pipeline route. With an impeller bore of 2 mm, this pump is designed for clean and slightly polluted water.
The cooling jacket dissipates heat through the pumped medium, so the device does not require full immersion during operation. Thermal protection built into the motor winding protects the machine during long pressing cycles. The stainless steel impeller is resistant to corrosion and lighter than its steel counterpart, which translates into the durability of the hydraulic system in continuous operation with clean water.

How does SWQ H 2200 differ from SWQ H 1800 and SWQ H 1500?
These are three models of the same high-pressure series, differing in power and parameters: SWQ H 1500 (1.5 kW, 38 m, 200 l/min), SWQ H 1800 (1.8 kW, 53 m, 270 l/min), SWQ H 2200 (2.2 kW, 66 m, 170 l/min). The SWQ H 2200 achieves the highest lifting capacity in the series - it is the choice for the longest discharge routes and the greatest height differences. However, it is worth noting that at the highest pressure the efficiency drops to 170 l/min.
The pump does not have a float - what protects the engine against dry running?
The only built-in protection is a thermal fuse in the motor winding. This means that when there is no water in the well, the engine will run until it overheats - the thermal switch will turn it off, but this is a reaction to the effect, not the cause. We strongly recommend connecting an external level sensor or pressure switch that will shut off Power supply before the engine has time to overheat.
I have a flooded garage - is SWQ H 2200 suitable for this?
Yes - high lifting works wherever water has to overcome great resistance: a deep underground garage, a basement several meters below ground level or a long hose route to a drainage well. For typical ground floor flooding, SWQ 1100 is enough - SWQ H 2200 is the choice when a regular pump does not have the strength to push the water to the drain.
Will SWQ H 2200 replace a submersible pump in a drilled well?
In the case of a large diameter ring well - yes, as long as the water depth is within the lifting parameters. For a small diameter drilled well (4-6") submersible pump SWQ H series with 195 mm housing may not fit in the pipe. In such a case, a dedicated submersible pump with a smaller housing diameter is a more appropriate solution.
