SPS control cabinet 1x4,2kW/400V+4P (CR3.1+LCP+GN230+base)

Functions implemented:

• Power supply for one 3~400V pump with a power rating of 4.2 kW,
• Main switch,
• Residual-current circuit breaker,
• Motor overload protection,
• Operator panel with indicator lights and switches,
• Auto-0-Manual: automatic operation, switching the pumps off or on manually,
• Alternating operation of two pumps,
• If the operating pump fails, the next pump automatically takes over its operation,
• When operating for more than 20 minutes, the system switches to the second pump,
• 4 control levels: Dry run – Start - Stop – Alarm,
• Optical fault indication:
  • pump failure,
  • High alarm level exceeded in the pumping station
• CR3.1 - moisture and temperature sensor in each pump,
• LCP - operating time meter for each pump,
• GN230 - 230 V service socket on the panel
• Pedestal for burying included.
  

For use with our SPS control cabinets, we recommend the ZSP-4 level signaling set.

SPS design

• Housing made of non-flammable material,
• IP66 protection rating,
• Watertight cable glands for all cables entering the cabinet,
• Internal doors with an operator panel,
• External doors lockable with a key,
• Installation options: wall mounting, mounting on a pedestal fixed to the tank slab, or a pedestal dug into the ground (included).
