SPS control cabinet 1x4.2kW/400V+4P (CR3.1+LCP+GN230+plinth)

Functions implemented:

• Power supply one 3~400V pump with a power of 4.2kW,
• main switch,
• Residual current circuit breaker,
• Motor overload protection,
• Operator panel with controls and switches,
• Auto-0-Ręka: Automatic operation, turning pumps off or on manually,
• Alternate operation of two pumps,
• In the event of a failure of a working pump, the next one takes over its operation automatically,
• When operating for more than 20 minutes, switching to the second pump takes place,
• 4 Control Levels: Dry running – Start - Stop – Alarm,
• Optical failure indication:
  • pump failure,
  • alarm level exceeded in the pumping station
• CR3.1 - humidity and temperature sensor in the pump for each pump,
• LCP - operating time counter for each pump,
• GN230 - 230 V service socket on the panel
• built-in plinth included.
  

For cooperation with our SPS control cabinets, we recommend the ZSP-4 level signaling set.

Construction of SPS

• Housing made of non-flammable material,
• IP 66 protection level,
• Watertight glands for all cables entering the cabinet,
• Internal door with operator panel,
• External doors locked with a key,
• Installation options: hanging on the wall, mounting on a pedestal attached to the tank plate or buried in the ground (included).
