- Power supply for two 3~400 V, 2.2 kW pumps,
- Main switch,
- Residual-current circuit breaker,
- Motor overload protection,
- Operator panel with indicator lights and switches,
- Auto-0-Manual: automatic operation, shutdown, or manual switching of the pumps,
- Alternating operation of the two pumps,
- In the event of a failure of the operating pump, the next pump automatically takes over its operation,
- After more than 20 minutes of operation, the system switches to the other pump,
- 5 control levels: Dry run – Stop – Start1 – Start2 – Alarm,
- Optical fault indication:
- pump failure,
- alarm level exceeded in the pumping station
- LCP – operating-time counter for each pump,
- GN230 – 230 V service socket on the panel
- buried base included.
For use with our SPD control cabinets, we recommend the ZSP-5P level signaling set based on float switches. The control system is intended for stormwater pumping stations.
SPD construction
- Enclosure made of flame-retardant plastic,
- IP66 degree of protection,
- Watertight cable glands for all cables entering the cabinet,
- Internal door with operator panel,
- External door lockable with a key,
- Installation options: wall-mounted, mounted on a pedestal secured to the tank slab, or buried in the ground (included).
