SANBOX wastewater lifting stations are designed to collect and transport domestic wastewater that cannot be discharged through a gravity drainage system.
The wastewater is lifted to the receiving point through the gravity sewer system.
SANBOX wastewater lifting units are intended mainly for standalone buildings such as villas and multi-family houses, and can also be used in small commercial facilities.
Pumped wastewater temperature: up to 60°C, periodically and briefly up to 90°C.
The lifting stations are factory-equipped with reliable check valves.
The units are factory-equipped with SANBOX ICN controllers that ensure fully automatic operation. The control units also provide complete protection in the event of emergencies. As an option, compatible high-pressure nozzles can be installed to automatically clean the inside of the tanks.
SANBOX Z 750 and SANBOX Z 2 × 750 lifting stations are equipped with pumps featuring screw grinders. The pumps are made of stainless steel and oil-cooled, enabling quiet operation and long, trouble-free service.
Two versions are available: SANBOX Z 750 with one pump, or SANBOX Z 2 × 750 with two pumps operating alternately. Lifting stations with twin pumps are equipped with a Y-collector that combines the wastewater into a single pipeline.
