SANBOX sewage lifting stations are designed to collect and transport domestic wastewater that cannot be discharged through a free-flow gravity drainage system.
The wastewater is lifted to the receiving point through the gravity sewer system.
SANBOX sewage lifting equipment is primarily intended for detached buildings such as villas and multi-family houses, and can also be used in small commercial facilities.
Pumped wastewater temperature: up to 60°C, periodically and briefly up to 90°C.
The lifting stations are factory-equipped with reliable check valves.
The equipment is factory-fitted with SANBOX ICN controllers, ensuring completely maintenance-free operation. The control units also provide full protection in the event of an emergency. Optionally, compatible high-pressure nozzles can be installed to automatically clean the inside of the tanks.
SANBOX Z 1500 and SANBOX Z 2 × 1500 lifting stations feature pumps equipped with a screw grinder. The pumps are made of stainless steel and oil-cooled, enabling quiet operation and long, trouble-free service.
Two versions are available: SANBOX Z 1500 with one pump, or SANBOX Z 2 × 1500 with two pumps operating alternately. Lifting stations with twin pumps are equipped with a Y-collector that combines the wastewater into a single pipeline.
