SANBOX wastewater lifting stations are designed to collect and transport domestic wastewater that cannot be discharged through a free-flowing gravity drain.
The wastewater is pumped to the receiving point through the gravity sewer system.
SANBOX wastewater lifting units are intended primarily for standalone buildings such as villas and multi-family homes, and can also be used in small commercial facilities.
Pumped wastewater temperature: up to 60°C; periodically and briefly, up to 90°C.
The lifting stations are factory-equipped with reliable non-return valves.
The units are factory-equipped with SANBOX ICN controllers, ensuring fully unattended operation. The control panels also provide complete protection in the event of emergency situations. As an option, compatible high-pressure nozzles can be installed to automatically clean the inside of the tanks.
SANBOX Z 1500 and SANBOX Z 2 × 1500 lifting stations are equipped with pumps featuring screw grinders. The pumps are made of stainless steel and oil-cooled, enabling quiet operation and long, trouble-free service.
Two versions are available: SANBOX Z 1500 with one pump, or SANBOX Z 2 × 1500 with two pumps operating alternately. Dual-pump stations are equipped with a Y-collector that combines the wastewater into a single pipeline.
