SANBOX sewage lifting stations are designed to collect and transport domestic wastewater that cannot be discharged through a free-flow gravity drain.
The wastewater is pumped to the receiving point through the gravity sewer system.
SANBOX sewage lifting devices are intended mainly for standalone buildings such as villas and multi-family houses, and can also be used in small commercial facilities.
Pumped wastewater temperature: up to 60°C, periodically and briefly up to 90°C.
The lifting stations are factory-equipped with reliable check valves.
The devices are factory-equipped with SANBOX ICM controllers, ensuring fully automatic operation without supervision. The control panels also provide complete protection in the event of emergencies. Compatible high-pressure nozzles for automatically cleaning the inside of the tanks can be installed optionally.
SANBOX 750 and SANBOX 2 × 750 lifting stations are equipped with pumps featuring VORTEX impellers with a free passage of up to 40 mm. The pumps are made of stainless steel and oil-cooled, enabling quiet operation and long, trouble-free service.
Two versions are available: SANBOX 750 with one pump or SANBOX 2 × 750 with two pumps operating alternately. Lifting stations with twin pumps are equipped with a Y-collector that combines the wastewater into a single pipeline.
