SANBOX sewage lifting stations are designed for collecting and transporting domestic wastewater that cannot be discharged by gravity flow.
The wastewater is pumped to a receiving point connected to the gravity sewer system.
SANBOX sewage lifting systems are primarily intended for standalone buildings such as villas and multi-family houses, and can also be used in small commercial facilities.
Pumped wastewater temperature: up to 60°C continuously, and up to 90°C periodically for short periods.
The lifting stations are factory-fitted with reliable check valves.
The units are factory-fitted with SANBOX ICM controllers, ensuring completely maintenance-free operation. The control panels also provide full protection in the event of emergencies. Optionally, compatible high-pressure nozzles can be installed to automatically clean the inside of the tanks.
SANBOX 1500 and SANBOX 2 × 1500 sewage lifting stations are equipped with pumps featuring VORTEX impellers with a free passage of up to 50 mm. The pumps are made of stainless steel and oil-cooled, enabling quiet operation and long, trouble-free service.
Two versions are available: SANBOX 1500 with one pump, or SANBOX 2 × 1500 with two pumps operating alternately. Double-pump stations are equipped with a Y-collector that combines the wastewater into a single pipeline.
