SANBOX sewage lifting stations are designed to collect and transport domestic wastewater that cannot be discharged through a gravity drainage system.
The wastewater is pumped to a discharge point connected to the gravity sewer system.
SANBOX sewage lifting stations are intended mainly for detached buildings such as villas and multi-family houses, and can also be used in small commercial facilities.
Pumped wastewater temperature: up to 60°C continuously, and up to 90°C periodically for short periods.
The lifting stations are factory-equipped with reliable non-return valves.
The units are factory-equipped with SANBOX ICM controllers, ensuring fully automatic operation. The control panels also provide complete protection in the event of emergencies. Compatible high-pressure nozzles for automatically cleaning the inside of the tanks can be installed as an option.
SANBOX 1500 and SANBOX 2 × 1500 sewage lifting stations are equipped with pumps featuring VORTEX impellers with a free passage of up to 50 mm. The pumps are made of stainless steel and oil-cooled, enabling quiet operation and long, trouble-free service.
Two versions are available: SANBOX 1500 with one pump or SANBOX 2 × 1500 with two pumps operating alternately. Dual-pump stations are equipped with a Y-collector that combines the wastewater into a single pipeline.
