Application
RQE AUTO-C is used for watering and irrigating gardens and for supplying houses with water from ring wells and rainwater tanks. The built-in automatic device starts the pump when the valve opens and turns it off when it is closed, maintaining constant pressure. Water is sucked in by a side suction port with a connected hose, thanks to which the pump does not collect impurities from the bottom of the tank.
The pump is also useful in ponds and when obtaining water from sources with a mirror close to the surface. Features of the RQE AUTO-C submersible pump
RQE AUTO-C is a multi-stage, high-pressure submersible pump with built-in automatic control. When the valve or tap is closed, the pump goes into standby mode and turns off, maintaining pressure. After opening the pump, the pump starts automatically and the built-in protection protects it against dry running.
Instead of a filter mesh, the pump has a side suction port to which a suction hose with a non-return valve is connected. This solution allows you to draw cleaner water and not suck sediment from the bottom of the tank. The starting pressure can be adjusted in the range from 1.0 to 2.5 bar, adapting the pump operation to the installation.
The pump has a cooling jacket and self-venting, and its slim housing combines plastic with a stainless steel cylinder. The shaft and rotor are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, the impeller is made of PPO polymer, and the mechanical seal is ceramic/carbon/NBR. The motor has thermal protection built into the winding.

Can the pump starting pressure be adjusted?
Yes. The starting pressure is pre-set but can be adjusted from 1.0 to 2.5 bar. It should be at least 0.8 bar lower than the maximum pump pressure.
