Applications
The RAINER 1200 AUTO submersible pump handles water from private sources and chlorine-containing water—clean or slightly
contaminated water, without sand or other abrasive contaminants.
The pump was designed to supply water to households, irrigation systems, and rainwater harvesting systems. It is also well suited for pumping water from flooded rooms.
The device operates in a vertical position, at a submersion depth of up to 6 m, with a maximum
a pumped liquid temperature of up to 35°C. The 230 V RAINER 1200 AUTO submersible pump automatically
maintains constant pressure in the system—it switches on when the pressure drops and switches off
once it has been reached.
Features of the RAINER 1200 AUTO pump
The RAINER 1200 AUTO pump is equipped with an electronic controller that replaces the
traditional float switch. When the outlet valve is closed, the pump switches off
and enters standby mode, while the pressure in the system is maintained by the integrated
check valve. When the valve is opened, the pump switches on automatically.
The controller has built-in dry-run protection and protection against
leak. If the pump switches on and off more than 7 times within 2 minutes, it enters
into emergency mode—in this case, disconnect and reconnect the power supply to resume operation.
With a small, continuous water draw, for example during drip irrigation, the warning
a leak is activated only after 60 minutes of such operation, so the pump does not
stops unnecessarily. The cooling jacket allows the pump to operate without being fully
submersion in water. The built-in air relief valve automatically removes air
from the system.

In the event of a leak in the system, the pump will start and stop at short

What is the difference between the RAINER 1200 AUTO and RAINER 1200 AUTO STORM?

with a ball-shaped float, which draws water from the surface of the tank, reducing
the risk of drawing in contaminants from the bottom. This solution is particularly useful when
operation with rainwater tanks.
What discharge hose should be used with the RAINER 1200 AUTO pump?
For proper pump operation, a hose with a minimum diameter of ¾" is recommended – too small a
a diameter can cause the automatic controller to malfunction and the pump to switch on automatically
