Radial pressure gauge 40 mm 0-4 bar
The 40 mm radial pressure gauge from IBO is a compact pressure indicator with a lower threaded connection. It is used for ongoing pressure control in water, heating and pneumatic installations. The clear dial allows you to quickly read the value, and the small diameter facilitates installation even in tight spaces. The pressure gauge is available in three measurement ranges: 0–2.5 / 0–4 / 0–10 bar.
For whom
- Installers – we facilitate pressure control when installing hydrophores, expansion vessels and safety groups.
- Service technicians and workshops - we provide quick, clear reading during installation diagnostics and adjustments.
- Home users – we allow you to check the pressure in your home water or heating system on an ongoing basis.
- Pneumatic plants and installations – the indicator works well in simple systems requiring constant pressure control.
Application
The 40 mm radial pressure gauge is used wherever a constant view of the medium pressure is needed. It is most often installed in hydraulic and heating installations - at hydrophores, filters, expansion vessels or safety groups - as well as in simple pneumatic systems.
Lower Connection threaded ¼" male allows you to screw the indicator directly into a tee or measuring stub. The measurement range is selected according to the expected pressure in the system, therefore the 40 mm radial pressure gauge is available in 2.5, 4 and 10 bar versions.
Features of the 40 mm radial pressure gauge
The pressure gauge has a clear dial with a diameter of 40 mm and a clear scale, which makes it easy to read even from a distance. Connection is placed from the bottom (Connection radial), in one plane with the dial, thanks to which the pointer remains clearly visible after screwing into the installation.
Lower, brass Connection threaded ¼" male thread ensures a secure and tight connection to the measuring point. The entire series includes three measurement ranges - 0-2.5, 0-4 and 0-10 bar - which allows you to adjust the indicator to the pressure in a specific water, heating or pneumatic installation.
- Measuring range: 0–4 bar
- Disc Diameter: 40mm
- Connection: ¼" male thread (bottom, radial)
- Weight: 0.1kg

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – what is the 40 mm radial pressure gauge used for?
What is the 40 mm radial pressure gauge used for?
A 40 mm radial pressure gauge is used to measure and constantly monitor pressure in water, heating and pneumatic installations. It is most often installed at hydrophores, expansion vessels, filters and safety groups to constantly monitor the pressure value in the system.
What is the difference between a radial and an axial pressure gauge?
In a radial manometer Connection it is placed from the bottom, in the plane of the dial, which makes it easier to read after screwing into a tee or stub pipe. In an axial manometer Connection comes out of the back of the housing. The choice depends on the method of installation in a given installation site.
Which pressure gauge measurement range should I choose?
The range is selected according to the pressure expected in the installation - preferably so that normal operation is in the middle part of the scale. The 40 mm radial pressure gauge is available in 0-2.5, 0-4 and 0-10 bar versions, which allows it to be adapted to typical home and industrial installations. If in doubt, please contact our technical department.
How to install a 40 mm radial pressure gauge?
The pressure gauge is screwed into the tee or measuring stub using the lower ¼" male connection, after previously reducing the pressure in the system. The threaded connection should be properly sealed, and after installation, the tightness and correctness of the readings should be checked.
Is the pressure gauge covered by the manufacturer's warranty?
IBO – 24 months (2 years) manufacturer's warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat.
Where can you buy a 40 mm radial pressure gauge?
As a manufacturer, we do not sell directly. The 40 mm radial pressure gauge is available from our trading partners, installation wholesalers and authorized online distributors.
