The IPRO QBS 20-40-7.5 pump is a submersible pump designed for fully submerged operation, equipped with a flanged connection (DN50–DN100) and a three-phase motor. It is intended for the most demanding agricultural and industrial applications in the QBS 20-40-7.5 series. The Vortex impeller with a free passage allows operation with liquid containing solid contaminants without the risk of mechanism blockage.

Application
The three-phase IPRO QBS 20-40-7.5 pump is designed for emptying large tanks, wells and flooded excavations of clean and contaminated water, within the permissible contaminant diameter for the given model. It is suitable for industrial, agricultural and service applications where a powerful submersible pump with a durable flanged connection is required.
The pump is not intended for liquids containing abrasive particles such as sand or gravel, or for corrosive, flammable, petroleum-based substances or salt water – the permissible solid content should not exceed 10%. The pump is not a water-treatment device – when used for purposes requiring potable water, we recommend ensuring appropriate treatment. The QBS 20-40-7.5 3~400V pump operates in a three-phase system supplied with 3~400 V.

The Vortex impeller provides a free passage for contaminants, the permissible diameter of which varies depending on the model. The double mechanical seal operates in an oil chamber, extending its service life during prolonged operation. The motor has thermal protection built into the winding.
Models in this group are equipped with a flanged connection ranging from DN50 to DN100, selected according to the model’s capacity. The 10 m power cable is terminated with a plug.
