PMC 2200 INOX – industrial centrifugal pump made of stainless steel 400V

PMC INOX pumps by iQ PRO are single-stage centrifugal pumps made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, designed for the transport of liquids in demanding industrial and hygienic environments. The closed, aluminum motor housing and corrosion-resistant hydraulic structure ensure a long service life of the device even when working with media containing solid impurities. The PMC INOX series in the three-phase 400V version includes the PMC 1100 INOX, PMC 1500 INOX, PMC 2200 INOX and PMC 3000 INOX models, differing in power and hydraulic efficiency.

Application

PMC INOX pumps by iQ PRO are used where contact of the medium only with stainless steel and resistance to solid impurities with a diameter of up to 18 mm is required. They are used in industrial car washes and dishwashers, transfer of suspensions in food processing, process water systems and in dyeing plants and industrial laundries. They are also used for transferring painting fluids and moderately aggressive liquids in agriculture, as well as for irrigation and drainage.

The PMC INOX series also supports public utility units - swimming pools, cooling systems, water treatment systems and demineralization and desalination installations. The pump's design allows for installation in both horizontal and vertical positions, which makes it easier to fit into the existing installation infrastructure. The PMC INOX 400V industrial pump operates in a three-phase system, powered by 3 ~ 400 V.

Features of PMC INOX 400V – description and technical data

PMC INOX series pumps are based on a single-stage, centrifugal design with an open impeller, which allows work with liquids containing small solid impurities without the risk of clogging the hydraulic system. An asynchronous, squirrel-cage motor in a closed aluminum housing drives the shaft, casing, rotor and interwall made of AISI 304 stainless steel, while the mechanical stuffing box is made of graphite, silicon carbide and NBR. This combination of materials ensures corrosion resistance and compliance with the hygiene requirements for devices working in contact with food and pharmaceutical products.

In the 400V version, the series includes four models differing in engine power and hydraulic efficiency - PMC 1100 INOX (1.1 kW), PMC 1500 INOX (1.5 kW), PMC 2200 INOX (2.2 kW) and PMC 3000 INOX (3 kW), available only in the three-phase version. Discharge and suction connections are made in size G2 in the PMC 1100 INOX and PMC 1500 INOX models, and in size G2½ in the PMC 2200 INOX and PMC 3000 INOX models, which facilitates the selection of appropriate installation fittings.
