Application
The IBO PJ 60/45 pump is mainly used to supply water to single-family houses, recreational plots and to operate irrigation installations. The equipment is also useful in small commercial facilities where it is necessary to steadily increase the pressure in the distribution network. The device can operate independently, but also as part of a classic hydrophore set (using an expansion tank) or in cooperation with control machines such as PC or SK.
The pump is designed only for pumping clean water, free of abrasive elements. Pumping liquids containing sand or solid impurities may damage the hydraulic system (PPO polymer impeller and Venturi tube).
Features, description and technical data
The PJ 60/45 model is distinguished by an integrated ON/OFF switch, which allows you to conveniently control the power supply without having to constantly disconnect the plug. The single-phase 1.1 kW motor is equipped with thermal protection built into the winding, which protects the drive against overheating during long-term operation. Protection against splashing water is guaranteed by the housing with IP44 protection level.
The hydraulic elements are made of durable materials - the pump body is made of resistant technopolymer, and the shaft is made of AISI 304 stainless steel. The mechanical seal is a reliable combination of ceramics, graphite and NBR. The maximum temperature of the pumped liquid is 35°C.
