Description
Company DAMBAT offers home pumping stations for sewage and rainwater with a wide range of applications. Domestic sewage, leachate, dirty water, rainwater, etc. The target group of customers are individual customers, small communities and companies. We make home pumping stations in two versions. PDM single- and double-pump with pumps lowered on guides and suspended on a coupling foot. PDA with free-standing pumps at the bottom with rigidly connected pipelines. At the request of our customers, we can make special versions according to individual arrangements.
What distinguishes DAMBAT home pumping stations:
- Tanks made of high-density polyethylene PEHD with internal diameters of Ø800mm and Ø1000mm and heights from H=1.5 - 3m.
- Discharge risers DN50/PE63 made of materials resistant to aggressive sewage environments,
- Each pump has an individual ball check valve for sewage (not mushroom, flap or other... but a ball check valve is best for sewage containing feces and solids),
- We install a shut-off valve (ball with full flow) on each discharge riser, which allows the pump to be removed for service or the non-return valve to be serviced,
- In the PDM version, as standard we provide a Storz connector with a 2" fireman's attachment and a cut-off valve for emergency connection of a DN50 firefighter hose and, for example, flushing the discharge pipeline with high pressure,
- A wide range of pumps we use for various purposes:
- with a free passage under the rotor 30-50mm, e.g. IBO VOX, DRENO Compatta, DRENO Alpha V,
- with a radial shredding system Kraken 1800 DF, DRENO GRIX,
- with axial shredder DRENO GX i DRENO G2,
- with disc shredder KRAKEN 1800,
- with single-channel WQ Professional 1500 rotors,
- for dirty water and pre-treated sewage DRENO BIC, DRENO AM-AT, DRENO APX, WQ PRO, SWQ PRO.
- Control systems from the simplest to those built into the pump Float control, to advanced control systems for alternating operation of two pumps and failure signaling. Single-phase 230 V or three-phase 400 V power supply systems.
- Our home pumping stations arrive to the customer complete, assembled and ready for operation. Just lower (screw) the pump and connect Power supply.
PDM type pumping station
The professional solution of a home pumping station is taken from municipal pumping stations. The pump with a screwed hitch is lowered along two stainless steel pipe guides to the bottom of the pumping station, where it engages on the coupling foot under the influence of its own weight. There is no need to enter the tank to lower and install the pump. Precisely made castings and machined surfaces of the foot and the hitch fit perfectly together, ensuring tightness and proper connection. In our PDM pumping stations, we only use z systems two guides so the pump does not rotate when lowering. The pump always hits the coupling foot perfectly, even when the pumping station tank is completely flooded with sewage. Imagine that you took the pump out for cleaning or service and at that time a lot of sewage flowed in and you don't see where to place the pump? With two guides this is not a problem, because the pump will sit correctly on the coupling foot anyway.
In the PDM home pumping station, the ball check valve always remains in the pumping station, thanks to which sewage from the pressure pipeline never returns to the tank. We always install a Storz fireman's connector for pipeline flushing on the discharge riser. Pipelines with small diameters and low flow can sometimes become overgrown with sediment and clog with sand, rags, tissues or other solids carried along with sewage. Then, all you need to do is connect a hose from a slurry tanker or hydrant to the fire station and unscrew the shut-off valve in the pumping station. High pressure and flow can quickly unclog the pipeline and restore its functionality.
Currently, the most popular versions of PDM home pumping stations are: PDM8-22-1, PDM8-25-1 and PDM10-25-2, where 8 and 10 indicate the internal diameter of the tank Ø800 and Ø1000mm, 22 and 25 indicate the height of the tanks 2.2 and 2.5m and the numbers 1 and 2 indicate the number of installed pumps.
Control options for home pumping stations:
Depending on customer needs and preferences, we offer pumps with various power, power supply and control versions. Our offer includes several dozen types of pumps powered by 230V on one phase and 400V on three phases. The pumps are switched on either via the built-in switch Float control, or through external control floats connected to special controllers. We offer controllers M121/M131 or professional control cabinets SPP with a complete set of protections and extensive functional capabilities, e.g. three floats: Dry Run, Start-Stop, Alarm. In the event of extreme conditions, acoustic and optical signals are activated, drawing the user's attention to problems with the pumping station system.
Each pumping station of our company has a modular structure and if any of the elements is damaged, it can always be replaced with a new one.
