OHI PRO 25-60/180 - circulation pump
The OHI PRO 25-60/180 circulation pump features a glandless design with a ceramic shaft offering extended service life. Each unit is manufactured using a robotic production process with quality control at every stage, followed by final electrical and hydraulic testing, which has made it possible to extend the warranty period to 3 years.
Who is it for?
- Central heating installers – the robust design and complete set of union fittings included reduce installation time and limit the number of complaints.
- Owners of single-family homes looking for a long-term solution – the extended 3-year warranty reflects the increased durability of the components used.
- Owners of installations with limited space – thanks to its compact size, the OHI PRO pump fits into confined spaces.
Application
The OHI PRO circulation pump forces the circulation of technically clean water in domestic and professional installations, reducing the waiting time for hot water at water outlets. Three adjustable speeds allow the output to be matched to a specific installation, from small single-family systems to larger installations requiring greater head and capacity.
The variants marked 80/180 and 100/180 feature higher operating parameters than the smaller models in the series while retaining the same design and installation kit. The OHI PRO 25-60/180 230V circulation pump is powered from a standard domestic electrical socket.
Features
The high-density ceramic shaft and plain bearings reduce wear on the pump's moving components compared with typical solutions used in circulation pumps. The motor winding, made with stronger Class F insulation, increases motor durability and improves electrical performance, while the glandless design provides increased resistance to failures throughout the device.
The robotic production process, with quality control of semi-finished products at every stage, together with final electrical and hydraulic testing of each unit, ensures consistent manufacturing quality. These solutions enabled the manufacturer to extend the standard warranty period to 3 years for the entire OHI PRO series.
