OHI PRO 25-40/180 - circulation pump
The OHI PRO 25-40/180 circulation pump features a glandless design with a ceramic shaft offering increased service life. Each unit is manufactured robotically, with quality control at every stage, as well as final electrical and hydraulic testing, which has made it possible to extend the warranty period to 3 years.
Who it is for
- Central heating installers – the robust construction and complete set of union fittings included shorten installation time and reduce the number of complaints.
- Owners of single-family homes looking for a long-term solution – the extended 3-year warranty reflects the increased durability of the components used.
- Owners of installations with limited space – thanks to its compact size, the OHI PRO pump fits into confined spaces.
Applications
The OHI PRO circulation pump forces the circulation of technically clean water in domestic and professional installations, reducing the waiting time for hot water at draw-off points. Three adjustable speeds make it possible to match the performance to a specific installation, from small single-family systems to larger installations requiring greater head and capacity.
The versions designated 80/180 and 100/180 stand out with higher operating parameters than the smaller models in the series while retaining the same construction and installation kit. The OHI PRO 25-40/180 230V circulation pump is powered from a standard domestic installation socket.
Features
The high-density ceramic shaft and plain bearings reduce wear on the pump's moving components compared with typical solutions used in circulation pumps. The motor winding, made with stronger Class F insulation, increases motor durability and improves electrical parameters, while the glandless design ensures increased resistance to failures throughout the device.
The robotic production process, with quality control of semi-finished products at every stage, along with final electrical and hydraulic testing of each unit, results in consistent manufacturing quality. These solutions enabled the manufacturer to extend the standard warranty period to 3 years for the entire OHI PRO series.

Frequently asked questions
What is the OHI PRO circulation pump used for?
The OHI PRO circulation pump forces the circulation of technically clean water in domestic and professional installations, keeping water warm at draw-off points without a long wait. Three adjustable speeds make it possible to adapt its operation to the conditions of a specific installation.
How does the OHI PRO differ from the standard OHI pump?
The OHI PRO uses a high-density ceramic shaft and plain bearings, and each unit undergoes robotic production followed by final electrical and hydraulic testing. Thanks to the increased durability of its construction, the OHI PRO series is covered by a 3-year warranty, compared with the 24-month warranty for standard OHI pumps.
How do I choose the right OHI PRO model for my installation?
The choice of model depends on the required head and capacity of the installation – smaller models (e.g. 15-60/130, 25-40/180) work well in typical single-family installations, while the 80/180 and 100/180 versions offer higher operating parameters for larger or more demanding systems. Detailed parameters for individual models can be found in the product's technical data tab.
Are installation union fittings included with the OHI PRO pump?
Yes, each OHI PRO pump is supplied with a complete set of union fittings and a power cable with a plug, allowing the device to be installed without selecting additional accessories.
