OHI C.O. 25-60/180 circulation pump (230 V) – energy-efficient circulator for IBO central heating systems
OHI C.O. is an energy-efficient circulation pump from IBO that forces the circulation of the heating medium in domestic and industrial central heating systems. The permanent-magnet motor and differential pressure regulator automatically adjust the output to the system's current demand, allowing the pump to operate quietly and economically (efficiency class EEI ≤ 0.23).
Who it's for
-
Installers and heating companies – the factory-set AUTO/ECO mode shortens commissioning without the need for manual configuration.
-
Domestic central heating system users – the self-adapting permanent-magnet motor maintains thermal comfort with power consumption starting at just a few watts.
-
Underfloor and radiator heating systems – the differential pressure regulator smoothly adjusts the flow to the varying heat demand in individual circuits.
-
Technical service personnel – the control panel on the side of the motor housing and the lack of need for additional motor protection make operation and inspections easier.
Applications
- Circulation of the heating medium in domestic central heating systems.
- Constant-temperature heating systems with variable flow and systems with variable pipeline temperature.
- Underfloor and radiator heating, including operation with night mode.
- Air-conditioning systems and industrial circulation systems.
The OHI C.O. 230 V circulation pump is installed with the motor shaft in a horizontal or vertical position, between shut-off valves, in accordance with the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing.
OHI C.O. pump features – description and technical data
OHI C.O. is powered by an energy-efficient permanent-magnet motor and equipped with a differential pressure regulator. In adaptive AUTO/ECO mode (factory setting), the pump independently adjusts its output to the system's condition; if necessary, one of three fixed-speed settings can be selected. Depending on the system, the circulation of the pumped medium limits energy consumption to as little as 5 W, while maintaining low noise levels.
The control panel is located on the side of the motor housing, making operation and venting easier, while the built-in motor protection eliminates the need for additional protection. The pump is designed to operate with a clean medium - water or a glycol solution, free of solid particles, fibres and mineral oil.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) – OHI C.O. circulation pump
What is the OHI C.O. circulation pump used for?
IBO's OHI C.O. forces the circulation of the heating medium in central heating systems, maintaining a constant flow through radiators or underfloor heating loops. It is suitable for domestic, air-conditioning and industrial circulation systems.
What does AUTO/ECO mode do in the OHI C.O. pump?
In AUTO/ECO mode (factory setting), the differential pressure regulator automatically adjusts the motor speed to the system's current demand. Three fixed-speed settings are also available.
How much energy does the OHI C.O. pump consume?
Thanks to its permanent-magnet motor, the pump achieves an efficiency class of EEI ≤ 0.23, while its power consumption can be as low as 5 W, depending on the system and operating mode. This is significantly less than traditional circulation pumps.
Is the OHI C.O. pump suitable for domestic hot water (DHW)?
OHI C.O. is intended for circulating the heating medium in closed central heating systems, not for domestic hot water. Dedicated DHW circulation pumps are used for domestic hot water circulation.
How do you install the OHI C.O. pump?
The pump is installed with the motor shaft in a horizontal position, in accordance with the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing. It is recommended to install shut-off valves on both sides of the pump to facilitate maintenance.
Where can you buy the OHI C.O. circulation pump?
The manufacturer does not sell directly. The OHI C.O. pump is available from trade partners, installation wholesalers and authorised online distributors.
What warranty does the OHI C.O. pump have?
IBO's OHI C.O. circulation pump is covered by a 24-month (2-year) manufacturer's warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat.
