IBO OHI C.O. 25-60/130 circulation pump (230 V) - energy-efficient circulator for central heating systems
OHI C.O. is an energy-efficient circulation pump by IBO that forces the circulation of heating medium in domestic and industrial central heating systems. The permanent-magnet motor and differential pressure regulator automatically adjust the performance to the system's current demand, ensuring quiet and economical operation (efficiency class EEI ≤ 0.23).
Who it is for
-
Installers and heating companies - the factory-set AUTO/ECO mode shortens commissioning without the need for manual configuration.
-
Users of domestic central heating systems - the self-adapting permanent-magnet motor maintains thermal comfort with power consumption starting at just a few watts.
-
Underfloor and radiator heating systems - the differential pressure regulator continuously adjusts the flow to the changing heat demand in individual circuits.
-
Technical service personnel - the control panel on the side of the motor and the fact that no additional motor protection is required make servicing and inspections easier.
Applications
- Circulation of heating medium in domestic central heating systems.
- Constant-temperature heating systems with variable flow, as well as systems with variable pipeline temperatures.
- Underfloor and radiator heating, including operation in night mode.
- Air-conditioning systems and industrial circulation systems.
The OHI C.O. 230 V circulation pump is installed with the motor shaft in a horizontal or vertical position, between shut-off valves, in accordance with the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing.
OHI C.O. pump features - description and technical data
OHI C.O. is powered by an energy-efficient permanent-magnet motor and equipped with a differential pressure regulator. In adaptive AUTO/ECO mode (factory setting), the pump independently selects its performance according to the system's condition; when necessary, one of three constant-speed settings can be selected. The circulation of the pumped medium limits energy consumption to as little as 5 W, depending on the system, while maintaining low noise levels.
The control panel is located on the side of the motor, making operation and venting easier, while the built-in motor protection eliminates the need for additional protection. The pump is designed to operate with clean media - water or glycol solution, without solid particles, fibres or mineral oil.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ) - OHI C.O. circulation pump
What is the OHI C.O. circulation pump used for?
IBO's OHI C.O. forces the circulation of heating medium in central heating systems, maintaining a constant flow through radiators or underfloor heating loops. It is suitable for domestic, air-conditioning and industrial circulation systems.
How does AUTO/ECO mode work in the OHI C.O. pump?
In AUTO/ECO mode (factory setting), the differential pressure regulator independently adjusts the motor speed to the system's current demand. Three constant-speed settings are also available.
How much energy does the OHI C.O. pump consume?
Thanks to its permanent-magnet motor, the pump achieves efficiency class EEI ≤ 0.23, while its power consumption reaches 5 W, depending on the system and operating mode. This is significantly less than in traditional circulation pumps.
Is the OHI C.O. pump suitable for domestic hot water (DHW)?
OHI C.O. is intended for circulating heating medium in closed central heating systems, not for domestic hot water. Dedicated DHW circulation pumps are used for domestic hot water circulation.
How do you install the OHI C.O. pump?
The pump is installed with the motor shaft in a horizontal position, in accordance with the flow direction indicated by the arrow on the housing. It is recommended to install shut-off valves on both sides of the pump to facilitate maintenance.
Where can I buy the OHI C.O. circulation pump?
The manufacturer does not sell directly. The OHI C.O. pump is available from commercial partners, installation wholesalers and authorised online distributors.
What warranty does the OHI C.O. pump have?
IBO's OHI C.O. circulation pump is covered by a 24-month (2-year) manufacturer's warranty. Warranty and post-warranty service is provided by Dambat.
